I highly recommend everyone looking into using this lender. They provided a five star service for me. I just bought a new build and it's been a year journey working with Jason Humphries and his very capable team. Whenever I had any questions they always got back to me in a timely manner. They really broke the lending process down to me. With all the numbers and terms it was easy becuae they really dumbed it down especially for me being a 1st time buyer of a new build. They payed $8000 in closing costs for me and i even recieved money back at closing. I will use them in the future or at least check with them for refinances and see if they can also provide that at the great rate they were able to lock in especially with all the rate increases. Excellence is there moto!!

Mike Valenteen and his team did a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the progress of the loan throughout the closing period. Also, responded quickly to our inquiries and concerns. Mike also assisted in prying information from the Title Company which was inconsistent in their communications.
