Neighbors Federal Credit Union Main St, Zachary

Helpful friendly staff. We usually do our business in Baton Rouge, however we were in Zachary so we decided to give this branch a try. We were cheerfully greeted at the door. The branch was neat and clean. The line moved quickly. Our teller was very friendly and competent. And the assistant manager had a friendly chat with us as our transactions were completed. We were very pleased with our experience at this Zachary location.

I use to love this location until one the agents are managers upset me and she didn't have a remorse bone in her body towards me. I even closed my account after 17 years because she had a bad attitude and she had made me feel like she was racist and that was what she did to me and that was my first and last time that neighbors had to worry about me. the Company did reach out to me and my son and asked us why did we close our account but my pride never reached out to them but eventually l was gonna close anyway because of the fees that kept increasing on my account. So the 2 is only because the way that the lady had made me feel. I was only trying to deposit a check in my sons account that my name was on and the funny thing was that l went right to The Good well location and l had no problem. I had been with this company when they had there location in Baker, la then they moved to Howard place.

Have been banking with Neighbors since 2006. Professionalism, courtesy and friendly, Neighborly conversation. They know their stuff and will go out or their way to help you with it.

I pulled up to the teller at 11:44am the sign says closed at 12 noon. Wow you really really care to serve your customers . I should've had 15 more minutes to do my business

An amazing place to feel welcomed...

I've banked with NFCU for 24 years and have never been disappointed. There was a little delay waiting for my receipt to print the other day because they were so busy. I enjoyed my brief little chit chat, while waiting, with an extremely kind teller, Markala Lewis.

Had to do a transaction today in which I needed to talk to someone first. Lobby closed due to construction and 11 cars backed up to talk with a live teller. Glad I Don't bank there. Will be going to your airport location tomorrow.

What else can I say...the Zachary branch is awesome!!!! Even though the lobby itself is still closed, you still get the same friendly, courteous service as if you were face to face.

Love this credit union. Not only are they close by, but employees are wonderful and the whole company participates in community activities. Everyone has fun!
