Daniel was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about available services that would be beneficial to me. He provided information about different types of bank accounts offered which would make me money. Keep up the great work Neighbors! Although the two employees at the front didn't say hello or goodbye/have a nice day when I entered and exited the building, Daniel made up for it. It would've been a 5 star experience otherwise.

Never have any problems that they can’t take care of, in a friendly manner and making sure that you are happy. They do so much for the community and they treat you like you are special too. Amazing people working at an amazing company.

I’ve been a member for over 15 years. Products are great, but Customer service has declined greatly. Remote tellers, not very neighborly. I’m writing this while sitting in line for the drive through, 45 minutes and counting!

It was my 1st time using the virtual ATM and I was nervous. However, Lizzie walked me through the operation of the ATM and made me feel comfortable while making my withdrawal. Thank You

I bank online, because I thoroughly dislike banks, however, this credit union is truly a breath of fresh air. Every single employee at this location as always been incredibly pleasant, fast and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going into this institution.

Anytime I have been in the lobby, I am greeted at the door and directed to the area to complete my business. I like that part of the Neighbors experience. All of their personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Don’t use the neighbors bank in denham if you have large amounts of cash to deposit. I went in to deposit all the cash I’ve made during the week I had $200 in ones along with other bills and they pointed me to the automatic teller I explained to them I had a lot of cash and the automatic teller takes forever you. And still they did not help me while they were all just standing at the front. Took me 30 minutes to deposit all my cash. I usually have a great experience here but not this time.

Timothy Brocato was the online teller who took my car payment. Not only did he do his job in a very quick and efficient manner, but he was so pleasant to conduct business with. I hope he will be there when I pay my truck payment next week!

Markayla Lewis was exceptional. Very professional and friendly. She not only helped me with my services, but she calmed me at a time I felt a little frustrated as I had forgotten my pin. Thanks Markayla!
