Today Brenda helped me out more than I deserved when I walked into Neighborhood Pawn. She got me 40$ for 2 pocket knives EZ pawn on 29th and May just offered me 2$ for. She was kind, the shop was nice, and unlike other pawnshops I was treated like a customer not a derelict. I will definitely use neighborhood pawn for any type business I have concerning pawnshops from here on out.

The staff was very friendly, but they sold me a Kobalt pole saw and hedger for $120 and told me there are no refunds. I get them home and the pole saw will not cut and stops running after 3 or 4 minutes. Makes me feel like they knew it didn't work. Why else would they say no refund? Should've known better I guess.

Went inside store today bought a lawnmower for a good price store was nice clean and organized and Akeem gave us good customer service as always good energy always smiling very informative about products in and outside the store left happy customers. The rest of the staff was kind also.

This local Southside pawn shop, by far surpasses all the big name hock shops! I had passed this store hundreds of times and always wanted to go shop or do business with them but always found myself taking offers from there competitors, until today! I was insulted by an offer I received from ez pawn on a valuable desirable tool, it was heavy and they thought I would take the low offer simply because I wouldn't want to load it back up...well I did and I thought to myself "try neighbor hood pawn!" They have a huge window store front and seen they had a great inventory and deal in alot of different items! When I walked into the store I was greeted and approached respectfully, I told the nice girl I was shopping and I had an item to pawn...she let me browse and told me to bring the tool in when I was ready! When I did I asked for the same amount I requested at ez pawn...I got no hesitation from the boss man and he actually gave me a better deal than the tool was worth I was ecstatic! bills gotta get paid and they help me tremendously! GIVE THIS SHOP A CHANCE!!! I promise they will help u out too! Good people and great experience!

I had time to spare and i decided to look around this pawn shop the other day, i have never in my life meet a pawn shop employee so happy to help out. I stopped and looked around this pawn shop while in OKC right after my motorcycle crash. We decided we could do some business on some extremely heavy speakers and with my left side crushed it was impossible for me to do much. But Brenda, the clerk I dealt with on the stuff I got said she would make sure it got handled properly. I assumed she would have some of the others assist her but to my surprise she went right out to my pickup with every bit of a hundred pounds of speakers in tow and before I could hobble to the door she was done. Thank you Brenda for your help and for your kindness. Great businesses are built with people like you. As a small business owner myself I want to tell the management there if Brenda is your employee promote her, give her a raise, whatever you gotta do to keep her around. Thanks for being such a great place to do business. Not to mention the great merchandise. I will be a regular customer.

I came to the neighborhood pawn shop where Jose is at he’s the best just letting everyone know to bring your jewelry or anything you want to pawn they will try to match whatever you got from other pawn shops. I missed his service he was from ez- pawn but he is at a better place. It’s a place where they say the customer service is first
