Process to finalize a refinance of my house was ok. There a few mis-communications here and there, and there was confusion with the notary being unsure if I needed spanish translator or not and when she called the loan or title company they said they were me. ???? Yea....not sure what that was about, but the notary decided to show anyways just in case, even though I was asked repeatedly with 3 emails to confirm my appointment. I would have given them 5 stars had there not been so many mis-communications and I did not get all my accounts paid off that I wanted in the cash-out option.

From the beginning of the refinance process, communication was kept current, every question was answered, and everyone was very helpful. The client portal was very helpful and gave us time to read whatever we wanted. Bria was very personable yet professional during the final meeting. This was so much easier and quicker than another refi we did many years ago.
