There pretty good at what they do and have always treated me with respect regardless of what my end of the business dealings you have with them. They'll work with you when others look to take advantage of your situation. And they take good care of everything you might bring to them.

Love this place! My daughter works here. She wears the most beautiful jewelry that she purchases at Ned's. It really is the best place in town to find unique, quality jewelry.

Poor service. Rude people in the back. And they wont accept anything. I tried give them a brand new Samsung Tab 4 unused which they didn't accept. I also tried to pawn 2 golden recklessness that was in fact gold but still calmed they were fake. Went to another pawn shop in town and had no trouble. I recommend not going here.

This would be this last pawn shop I would choose to go to even if it was a dying situation I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to go there. Poor service very poor & rude. Some of the workers there does dr** but have the nerve to low ball people when they come in with really high-end items & judge them like y’all should really think about being fair to your community. I am posting for a friend. Get better service please.

The guy I dealt with was very nice. I pawned a item and he gave me what I asked for no question. Probly could have told me little less. But didn't beat me up on it. The item I pawned was worth more than what I got probly. I just needed some cash and don't have to pay more to get it back. Will go back of I need to.

I have been in Neds Pawn Shop a few times since they open the new store. I went in today and nobody will help me. The owner wad in there today and nobody offered to help me. I have done some business in the past with them, but will not in the future. They need a salesman with a lot of energy that can bring life to that place. They could walk away from all the other pawn shops around. It's like a big secret when you walk in. I can't help to feel LESS THAN. If I walk into Carolina Pawn, everyone will speak. They have a guitar I been wanting for months. I was going to get it and a 179 dollar amp. I dont usually leave bad reviews. If ibdont have something good to say I keep my mouth shut, but thats BS. Not the first time this has happened.

Try somewhere else first. When you see what little they will loan you can see how they can build new buildings. $20 loan on a $500 item. This is a update. I kinda like the workers. A real good selection of items to buy. I bought a 22 inch planer. Works like a champ.

Poor customer service. Walked in with money to spend and never got asked if I needed help. Spent over 45 minutes!! At the jewelry case and no help was offered. I took my business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend going to this establishment.

Very good prices and will help if you ask unless your just bouncing back and fourth.
