Back in the days of 2004-2015 great bank but time tells all, Hurricane Harvey hits in 2018 destroying everything I owned Total Loss No Insurance!! Independent Contractor.. Insurance to protect owners property that I repair! Liability insurance on everything eles.. I have loans, will the bank work with me? Lost Home, Vehicles, Tools stolen from my drowned out truck & they stole my trailer with All my means of working. My life was a total loss! Bank will Not help by working with me on loans! Unfortunately I had to file Bankruptcy... 11 years at the bank of good business and relationship till 2018... So disappointed that this happened but this bank sure Did Not Care!! I do not like putting my personal business on line but y'all need to know they will not stand by you..

In the past I have been with silsbee state bank, bbva, chase, and none of them have treated me as well, or taken care of me as well as neches Federal credit Union in lumberton. I'll be with them for life. Keep up the amazing work!

Been a member for years at this branch. Member services is far too self centered to care for what your account needs. Will come across as prudish and will speak condescendingly... which is so unprofessional.

Can't get anyone to return a call. All I need is a payoff amount and have left three messages with no response.

Neches refused to accept my deposit due to my spouse’s credit card had a $25 amount due. Instead of just telling me so I could pay I had to go through the hassle of waiting for Neches to call my husband for him to tell them to just take the $25 out of our account and credit the account that was owing. Yes, the credit card was in his name but I am sitting in the drive thru trying to make a deposit. It was not as if we were trying to avoid paying. Horrible banking experience. We will be changing banks.

Best bank in this area hands down. The people working here is super friendly and willing to help you with your needs. Need a loan? No problem! This bank has the best interest rate for auto loan or any loans in my book. Highly recommended if you are in search for a new bank. This one won't disappoint you.

I can’t even open up a solo checking account, “it has to be a joint account” even though everyone I know has one.
