NDBT - North Dallas Bank & Trust Co Keller Springs Rd, Dallas

I’ve been banking at NDBT for over 15 years. They are a great local bank and I live the fact that everyone there knows my name. However, they need to do a little better at the drive through window, it is sometimes very slow. And, keeping up with the technology of other banks is not a priority for them. But, overall, they are a good local bank and it’s nice to have the personal attention these days. I would recommend them and hope they continue to thrive.

I’ve been a costumer for 10+ years and they never fail to help me. Everything is so easy to manage with them. I can do almost everything from my phone. Very kind and professional.

Courteous service, friendly people and patient, well informed, want to help. Offices are so clean, neat, quiet, a blend of old and new world banking.

Called this bank asking a question to Donald the head of mortgage department. He threw a fit on the phone and was upset and appalled at my questions. I have never been treated so rudely before. I will never recommend this bank because of this interaction. Telling all my family and friends in Texas what happened. Not sure where his southern hospitality was but it sure was not anywhere near him.

I am so impressed with the service at this location. The entire staff has been so helpful during my transition from my old bank to NDBT.
