This is not even my insurance company, but on June 3rd a policy holder of there's hit me and left the scene. I was told by the Tarboro office that the home office would be contacting me that Monday, they never did. I called on that Tuesday come to find out they already had a claim number for me and never bothered to contact me. This is now July and July 3rd makes a month and all I keep getting from the adjuster is that he's waiting on and email from another adjuster. I ain't never in my life seen a insurance company move this slow. My car needs to fix asap and if I have to go into another week I will be getting legal help with this because it don't make no sense at all.
