Would never reccomend. They did nothing but raise my rates. I never got any tickets or accidents and I finally left after I was paying $200 more than I originally was due to what they considered to be a "typical" rate increase (this was over a 4 year period). No more. I finally left, found better Insurance than I originally had, and for a much lower premium. 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance.

Sets up automatic payments through Farm Bureau's portal, apparently this doesn't actually set up automatic payments like every other automatic payment scheduler out there. According to the one of the worker's it just "Allows you to set it up".... what?? I have never heard such a thing. Now I've made a late payment for the first time in my life because of this. Not that this is directed toward this particular office, but I can't say they're handling it nicely either and they're not trying to guide me on how to, by their standards, properly set it up through the portal.

Jessie is my go to person for everything insurance. I highly recommend this branch. Excellent customer service and smiling faces too. 👍👍👍

Horrible place!! I will never get insurance with this company again!!! They were overcharging me for years. I ended my policy and was told I would get almost the whole amount I paid for that month because it was just one day after. They send my a check, a month later I might add... For $14.35!!! I just paid $50.00!!!! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ROB YOU BLIND!!!!

The people here are so hateful. They'll be nice to over and mean to another. Even the guy that quoted me was rude to me. I would never recommend them (I actually tell people to go elsewhere). I mean really, go to State farm or progressive. The associates there are pretty friendly. I hear others tell me they've had poor experiences here as well.

Never going back to this location again.
