Navy Federal Credit Union Kaneohe Bay Dr, Kailua

I’ve only had good service at this Credit Union. Had called once to make a loan for a car. The man on the line took my info and said that the check would be ready for pick up at the hostesses desk. Fastest loan I ever experienced!! The waiting right now, due to Covid, is fine. We walked around till we got the text. More steps! But we get there before 10. So not a lot of people in line. Everyone has always been gracious and helpful. One telller having a bad day doesn’t make my whole experience.

Navy Federal Credit Union is only staffed by the nicest tellers and hosts. They always help me very quickly with any issue I might have. Parking is abundant. It is currently under renovations but does not interfere with any operations inside.

Needed to get a new card and Daniel helped me as soon as I walked in! Friendly and quick experience, I love it!

My favorite bank, ever. There's hardly ever a line, the tellers and customer service counter people are easily the nicest people I've ever met working inside of a bank, and the bank itself is air conditioned and comfortable. It's definately not the most convenient banking around--without base access I have to work to find sister banks and network ATMs that I can use without fees but in spite of those issues banking at NFCU is more than worth it. I've had accounts at Bank of Hawaii and First Hawaiian and others in the past and unlike those places I've never felt like NFCU was going out of their way to gouge me with fees at every turn. The few times I've had to dispute things, the matters were handled quickly and without much trouble. Their online banking services are excellent and comprehensive. I originally got an account as a dependant child (daddy was a Marine) over 30 years ago and I highly recommend them to anyone that is eligible.

Glad I enlisted. NVCU is smooth sailing across the board. Customer service is at hand and I invest in their certificates like no other

Drove all the way over here from town on Saturday to see a note on the door saying they changed their hours and don't have Saturday hours anymore at this location... but didn't bother to update Google maps. 😟 Update Google maps and I'll update my review with more stars, otherwise generally great service here.

I visited this branch recently and was assisted by Beatrice. Not only was she extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but she genuinely cares about helping everybody she assists. Easily the best experience I’ve had with Navy Fed yet.

They have NEVER let me down. My father opened accounts for me and my siblings in Okinawa when we started working in the summer hire program. As a college student, I had an NFCU "student" visa card with a $500 credit limit. An emergency happened in the middle of the night and I called NFCU to request for an increase to $1000 and they made it happen. Thirty years later, through many personal loans, auto loans, and a mortgage, I have not banked with any other. I have also served in the military and opened accounts for my children. The best credit union with the nicest employees treating its members as its most valuable assets.

They changed their hours online and it says theyre open saturdays but yesterday they were closed.

Got rid of their weekend hours and didn't provide any notice other than a small sign on the door.
