This is the best customer service I’ve received opening a new account ever! Very friendly informative service support a customer could ever ask for and more! Thank you all for an outstanding over the top service, keep up the great work :) Yes, will be definitely referring my family and friends.

Terrible bank. Held a check from title company 20 days and overdraft my account over 100k.

Had to wait in line outside for at least a half hour. Teller was nice. Conducted our business affairs, but it has encouraged us to use online services in the future. Parking lot is very congested. Face coverings and hand sanitizer required. Social distancing enforced. Security officer was very polite and explained delays. We felt safe because the security officer was walking around talking to people in line and he reassured us we would eventually be helped.

This place used to have helpful staff who knew their products. Not any more now most of them have to go ask a second or third person to answer most questions you have. The parking is a pain because the spots are soooo very very small. Some times I have to park some where else and walk here wich is a drag. Also they shut the ATM down on the weekends they started doing it consistantly about 3 months ago so no after hours deposits or withdrawals on the Weekends. I dont know why they are making these changes but it is making me strongly consider moving my funds to a different institution.

Been banking with NFC for years seems like within the past year the tellers are becoming less qualified. Did a transaction the other day. First, she didn't even ask for my code word. Which is a safety thing didn't take my ID either. Next, she openly disclosed the amount of money I was dealing with so everyone could hear. Also the teller next to me was counting someone's money and I knew based off how loud she was that customer was walking out with $1,000. Not good service at all.

Excellent customer service and we're enjoying the great service we're receiving. They really take their time make sure you get the best customer service. Great choice in switching from the bank we were before..

ATM cash deposit doesn’t work. Bank tellers use a machine to count your money, overall very slow service. Someone sits at front and says HI! while you get to stand and wait for slow bank tellers. Plenty of employees, long wait time.

I have been banking with navy fed for over 4 years now and I've always had good customer service very helpful, but not at this branch. Aura was quite rude to me. She said I had no banking history with them. Was an ass about cashing my check. Every time I cash large checks they will usually hold it, some have been nice enough to release the funds. I asked for the funds that were available in cash and she put it on my card and when I asked about it smirked and said it's on your card. Worst service I ever got from this bank.
