I needed help with getting some business(things)done that was beyond my abilities online!The young possibly Latin gentleman was very helpful today & helped me save a dollar or two!! Plus I wasn't forced to spray my hands with sanitizer(for entry)like Liberia & Centreville

This NFCU branch is wonderful! The service is very fast and efficient, the representatives are very courteous and professional and go out of their way to ensure they meet their customer's needs. Going to the bank is usually a dull and mundane chore, but stopping into this branch is a surprisingly pleasant errand on the to-do list. Navy Federal in general has always been a pleasure to be a member of, but this branch in particular goes above and beyond even their already high-standard!

Worst bank ever!!!!! I switched to navy federal bc I've heard good things about them but I'm now ready to close my account. I feel discriminated against. I bank with Navy Federal and constantly about their branch I bring them thousands of dollars of money a week my business I cash a lot of checks have never had a problem with one of my checks and up until now they have always cash them but now all the sudden they're telling me they tried to say that there is a new policy and that now all my checks have to be deposited and verified when I asked a second person about said policy they had no knowledge of it and said that there is no policy. So today when I go to the bank they were only cash a navy federal check they said my other checks needed to be deposited but if I had direct apposite and my relationship was different with the bank then I wouldn't have to do it like the three people standing next to me don't have to so because I don't want to keep thousands and thousands of dollars on a regular basis in my account because I'm constantly moving funds from my business they will now no longer cash my checks on the spot. But they cash everybody else's but doesn't seem fair if you're a member regardless they should cash everybody's checks not just selective people. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS! Will tell everyone never to open with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!
