Navy Federal Credit Union Farm To Market 1960 Bypass Rd, Humble

I came here a few times and everytime I come they are packed with 1 teller available. You can be in here waiting for a whole hour for something so simple as picking up a check. Whoever runs this store needs to put more workers on schedule its not fair or convenient for the members/customers. Ive been to many branches of navy Federal and never been to one that lacks the customer service this one does

Overall a good branch for NFCU. Sometimes the long lines to go through drive through and the clear frustration from the tellers is reflected by the way they act when it is your turn. I understand but you still need to be professional with each individual.

My overall experience has been great. However, teller 54314 is horrible. EVERY other teller I have done banking with, has been professional and friendly. This lady however, seems to be in a miserable state. No professionalism whatsoever & definitely not friendly. After I made my deposit at the drive thru, she sent my card & receipt but never came back to the window to say anything or to see if I needed anything else

I just want to say that they have excellent service and I feel proud to be apart of navy federal credit union it’s one of the best decisions I made and I look forward to being here many years

Holding funds not helpful no information was consistent branch manager nonchalant about whole situation and really ignored the whole situation at hand..will definitely keep my business at USAA where customers r first

I have been a navy federal member for years and have been to a plethora of different branches across the nation, this navy federal branch is the worst I have ever seen. ATMS are non functioning frequently, there are no available tellers inside with no disclosure to members, the manager should have at least a sign posted so members don't waste time trying to walk into the branch.

Great customer service, not crowded at all a little hard to find the first time but all in all a good experience.

Inability to solve a simple problem, caused months of frustration and had to sue the company that committed fraud/scam on my account and Navy Federal allowed it to happen even after I reported it and still refuse to resolve the problem. Terrible bank

Only been inside twice but each time friendly smiling faces almost no wait time, but it was a week day. Love having this bank branch closer to home now.
