Navy Federal Credit Union Hull Street Rd, Midlothian

Came here the Monday after Christmas and there were employees at all four bank teller stations with an additional employee greeting at the front door, so there was no wait for my family and me. Very clean and modern inside. Same goes for the bathrooms. 2 ATMs outside.

I am very pleased with the customer service and location! I get in early and go about my day. Since this new location opened up I no longer have to go to Fort Lee or Glenside to make a deposit. Having my own business Instagram:snow_queen_snoballs I have to make deposits every two days. Thanks for thinking of your chesterfield customers!!!

It was almost 5pm; the end of the day Woohoo Not to mention...(this location is new to the area) Anywho... My daughter went inside with me, to do her own lil separate banking lol ( she's such an adult 🤦🏽‍♀️ lol) Well I completed what I came to do and waited on her to finish up On the way of me driving out of the parking lot, she goes... " ohh muuumm, I can't find my phone, I don't see my phone" so I pulls over into a vacant parking spot we of course.... preceded to go through all of the normal steps, when we humans Loses our phones lmbo; smh No Phone (she's such a teenager) 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ 《which she really is》 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 sooooo... We goes back to the bank after we couldn't hear it ringing Bottom line My daughter left her phone at this bank They were already closed by the time she arrived at the door No Problem Because the security guard and manager was walking to the door to give her, her phone... Great service and doesn't require appointments. I still can discuss my account in person unlike the other account I just closed.

I love this branch's location! The most friendliest reps ever. They are always smiling and greeting you with kind regards. I am so happy this service location is here as its way closer to my home and way more friendlier than the one on Glenside (West End of RVA). The reps at the Glenside location are so cold and all seem like they always have an attitude! This location needs to train that location and it's crazier that this is a newer branch.

From the Greeter to the Teller, the degree of professionalism was outstanding.

Always friendly, has Covid policies for safety so lines can form. But they are super quick and helpful.
