This one star review is for the the home loan (HomeSquad) department only! The latest agent we've gotten is nice, but, too little - too late. A home loan is an excruciatingly convoluted and stressful endeavor on a good day. Our tale is a long and sordid one of mismanagement, unreturned phone calls, and apparently malfunctioning record systems. Too long for this little space. Suffice it to say we are two weeks from when we need to close and they are trying to convince me into a conventional loan because there are more documents needed to prove that I'm a veteran (ironic, I know) than my DD-214. Almost 80 days since pre-approval, and now I need to rush a government document retrieval that usually takes at least one month into one week or no VA loan. Good times. *edit as reply to Tmoblie reply* Your statement is false: T-mobile does not have nearly as extensive network as Verizon. Even Sprint had larger coverage areas and T-mobile has managed to shrink that network size. No ammount of store visits to examine my phone will increase your tower coverage areas.

Been with USAA since I joined the military, as I was about to be retired I was told to check out Navy Federal. Wow where y’all been all my life, by far the best credit union I’ve ever been with.

Opened up an account today and it was super easy and simple! Thanks a lot to Ms. Andrea for helping me so much!

Honestly, Our Navy Federal Branch here in Satellite Beach is the BEST!! Service is excellent and the staff is knowledable and helpful with my banking tasks I bring. Even during this pandemic from Covid-19 they remain friendly from a cautious distance to keep us safe.

Everytime I have been there I have been treated well and professionally. The people there are friendly and very helpful.

Love Navy Union easy ways to pay back on Visa card On Line. Phone, or a local Branch..Best card of credit that I have and the interest rate is 1/2 of other bank cards.

Navy Federal Credit Union provides the best services to their customers. We could not be happier with any other bank/credit union. Every interaction has been very pleasant and they always know how to handle every situation. I'd give them 10/10 stars if I could.

After dealing with all the big banks, and moving to Satellite Beach, I was absolutely thrilled to find Navy Federal. The ladies and 1 gentleman who work there could not be nicer, helpful and extremely courteous. After finding out that most of the employees are military wives or husbands I found my new bank. And a big THANK YOU to all that have served our fabulous country❤️🇺🇸

DON’T DO IT. If you want a home loan/mortgage, please listen to you friends, family, and realtor and go with someone else. Horrible turn around time Did not understand VA documents Extreme lack of communication Banking is not bad, but don’t hope to speak to anyone with out them just pushing you off to the website.

I love doing business with this bank very helpful knowledgeable staff, the only difference in order to become a member you have to serve or have a family member or close friend that serve to get you in but its worth all the steps they look out for their customers and the carry very low interest rates, and after you're with them for 90days or more you can take advantage of their Oops program which is awesome.
