Navy Federal Credit Union E Central Texas Expy, Harker Heights

I swear, every time I have to do anything here, they are always so helpful and informative. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. I've gotten 2 car loans from them and a CD account and honestly, this bank has been the best I've ever had, especially considering I was in the Army and had different banks due to available branches in said areas. I really feel like you can't go wrong opening an account with them.

I've been a member for about six weeks now and up until today I have very pleased. I won't let one bad experience turn me away but I just honestly was embarrassed how the lady boss on earlier visits has worked with me the best she could and was very sweet but today she embarrassed me in front of all the other customers in the line by talking to me with a louder tone and talking to me as I should have known they were going to hold my cks for 2 days when I was told after the a month I wouldn't have any issues cashing my cks its been a 5 day hold for new members for one month but she didnt tell me anything about a 2 day hold on my cks once I returned and I actually had no problems cashing my cks for two wks after that til today and I was talked down to as this is normal on all cks for about the first six months and I should have known that. I was visibly upset and crying unstoppable for why didnt she tell me 2 wks prior so I could of prepared for the hold. I felt I was treated unfairly and should of been able to cash my all my cks not 2. I wasn't able to make a very important bill that was due no later than 5pm today because of it and it has huge consequences. So a little disappointed you could say but hopefully a one time thing And we can get bk to there usual great customer service!

Applied for a mortgage home loan and was approved for a conventional loan with lower interest. A couple weeks later I was sent an email stating that I owe money for the credit history report. Loan officer requested permission to deduct from my Share Savings account. I've never been charged a fees for a credit check from any financial organization. I closed my account and moved on. I believe that Navy Federal Credit Union is deceitful in charging customers hidden fees. Charging random fees is not ethical business practices.

Very slow service! Waited over an hour for service. They seem to be severely understaffed for the volume of customers they have. Greeter and manager did not pitch in despite line out the door.

I came in to sign some paperwork, I was personally check in by the lady at the front, I waited for about an hour, I was skipped many times. Only after I was going to walk out was I asked if I was helped, I explained the situation to the lady who checks people in, that I was skipped many times, she acted as if she didn’t care.

So we got _ _ _ _ and thought wow their is no way any financial institution could possibly be greater. We started hearing navy federal was the way to go , navy federal is even way better. Every person would say the same thing, so we finally started an account. For one _ _ _ _ is not every where like Navy Federal. Second thing is with navy federal you can just about think about what ever you want and its it's done.

It's always been pretty smooth when I go there I go in feeling stressed and always leave feeling better. had confusion with recently refinancing my car with them and the manager I think I seen Kelly? she's really blonde and was so nice and really explained things out. and later was playing with kids in the lobby and was just really interactive with everyone. Definitly made me feel 10x better about my situation. and their grace period for auto loan payments is pretty dope.

I have been banking with NFCU for 22 years. Hands down, they are the very best personal banking institution I have ever dealt with. They will always have my business. If you're not yet a member and you are thinking about joining - stop wasting your time and join. You won't regret it.

I left USAA to go with Navy Federal because everyone was talking about how great they are. BIG MISTAKE! They have very few atm's, depositing a check is a pain, long holds on checks, rude employees, you get lied to and hung up on when you call, it was a huge mistake.

Horrible response to the covid-19 hoax. Stop adjusting your hours. Now I'm unable to utilize my closest branch due to my work schedule and this location being ignorant. I was hopeful the stupidity was limited to the 6' suggestion, but alas I was disappointed.
