    These people are ridiculous. Everything they advertise in regard to “serving” service members is a lie. It seems here everything is doubly difficult. And if you’re needing specific help with anything expect it to take 7-10 days.

    This bank was one of the warmest friendliest banks that I have ever been to. The ladies were so helpful; they did not make me feel stupid about the little questions and even went out of their way to help me in regards to understanding what was going on with my account. I really appreciate the time and the patience they showed me. I was having a really bad day and they made me smile 😃😊.. again thank you for treating me like a human.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The hours are 9-2pm on Saturdays. I was there at the door at 2pm as the person was closing it. They didn’t let me in. If your hours say you are open 9-2, then be open at 2pm. Unbelievable

    I wish I knew or remembered her name but last visit . A white lady laughed at my name which I thought was racist however I had so much on my plate I let slide if I see her again ill definitely post her name

    Let me tell you something about this location the bank manager has a very nasty nasty personality she acts like everything is just an inconvenience to her! She has no business being a branch manager with the attitude she has. I will be closing my account and doing business with a bank that has good manners and a good personality

    Just awful. Too far, too few branches, and a nightmare for my business account. Get there on a Saturday? Line out the door. Sprinkle a 30 minute-hold phone call on top whenever you have an issue and it’s the icing on the cake. 30 day hold for checks when your spouse signs up, or when you open a business account. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been with them 10+ years.

    My family and I have been banking with them for over 20 years. Navy Federal used to be a great place to bank ten years ago but unfortunately the bank had grown tremendously and is rapidly going down hill. The customer service is horrible, compared to other banks I am currently using, the customer service is completely unorganized and fragmented. The mortgage processing center is the absolute worst mortgage processor I have ever dealt with. When we tried to get a second mortgage through NF it was a complete nightmare. They led us on, thinking we were going to get the mortgage, we prepared for a move across the country then at the last minute, two months into the mortgage processes NF sent a letter saying we were disqualified from that type of mortgage due to a basic disqualification, we could have been told this months ago and saved so much stress in my families life. It was horrible. We went with Guarenteed Rate mortgage company and they took complete care of us through the entire process and we closed within 3 weeks of the process. Guarenteed Rate listened to our concerns about Navy Federal, apologized for what we had been through and expedited our mortgage process. Upon calling Navy Federal to voice my concerns about my mortgage process and all the money I had lost, the appraisal that I could have avoided if I had known about this basic disqualification. They completely disregarded my concerns and told me "that's just how their mortgage process works". I was appalled at the lack of care, compassion, and consideration for their members at Navy Federal. Despite having this issue I have kept my accounts with them. Just recently another issue has arised. I purchased an item online that I never recieved and filled a dispute with Navy Federal debit center. They first credited my money back, because I never got the $740 item I payed for. But now they have unexpectedly taken that money back which put my account in the negative on a Sunday. Why would they give me the money back only to take it away again? I dont understand it. They are now telling me that they need more information for my claim to process. But why not notify me through email or by phone to tell me about the issue. Instead they take money out of my account, unknowingly, on the day of the Lord like thieves in the night. As you can see I'm a little upset because when I called to state the issue they told me that it would take weeks to process the issue and now my account is in the negative. Thanks again Navy Federal. I believe that my husband and I are finally done with your horrible customer service and have decided to pull all our money out, and go with a different credit union. I hope what I have stated here can save other families the major stress that I dealt with because of Navy Federal.
