The fact is i got paid by a client years ago before i myself became a customer. Now I'm a customer looking for a local branch. I just want everyone to know if you can become a member here, they are the best organization I've dealt with of any kind in a decade.

Staff is always very courtious and expedient. The lobby is always extremely clean. Unfortunatly I was dissapointed with my encounter with the manager Ms. Morman I believe. When conducting business after a day at work, I happened to leave some tracks as she was sweeping. Obviously apologetic I aknowledged that I had made some tracks on her nice clean floor and was met with anamosity with her un-professional responce of "really dude?!". This differs from my usual reception by Navy Federal Employees of Sergaent, sir, or valued customer. I understand your desire to maintain an impeccably clean lobby but please realize not all customer have office jobs and do not belittle customers for using your branch.

Team members are always personable and provide great professional service. I am quite impressed with the number of family oriented activities and services given their short time in Harford County.

First, I want to say I’m glad there’s a NFCU closer than Virginia. Second, awhile back I asked about my kids college savings account and savings bonds…how to withdrawal and when. We wanted to pay down their tuition with it. However, None of the people there could give me a clear answer which I found very disappointing. What was the point in putting money in their education fund, if you can’t access it?

When it's busy in the lobby I might have to wait a few minutes but the staff is always making sure that my family is taken care of. Also we were hit with a card skimmer and I notified the bank in 15 to 30 minutes I had my money back. Great bank even my kids have accounts there.

The Navy Federal Branch in Bel Air is my favorite branch. They all treat me as family and saves me my favorite lollipops! They are all friendly and fast with all transactions! I especially like Brittany she’s my favorite person at the branch she runs around and is always working hard! Jess is one hard working person she is always running around! Armon is always dressed to impress. Robin Kyra & Lakeia are friendly and brighten my day.
