Navy Federal Credit Union Black Mountain Rd, San Diego

First time visiting this location. COVID-19 regulations were adhered to. I had a transaction that had to made inside so I stayed outside as a he signs directed. There was no line when I went so the customer service representative escorted right inside & another customer service representative helped me with my transaction. I will be using this location again.

First visit to this new location. After spending days being frustrated with the app I already had a negative attitude walking in. Within 1 second I was not only seen but well taken care by their representative Ciara. Highly recommend this location and their associates

Rushed to the bank to make it before they closed. Was at the door at 530p. Employee helped a customer out the door and closed it in my face. "We're closed." Refused to let me in. I would have taken 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Simply the best credit union around. First used them in 2001 in Florida, then moved to SD and been using the one off Black Mountain since it opened.

Convenient drive through ATM with cash deposit. Best credit card rates in the country.

Navy federal credit union online is fraudulent do not bank with them they do not put the customer first!!!!!!!! Navy federal credit union needs to improve their customer service online I just received a letter in the mail telling me that because of the illegal hackers in this world hacking peoples bank accounts that I am being punished and can no longer have a debit card! I gave this bad review because I spoke to many people online and they said that this cannot be reversed that I cannot have a debit card for two years! I served in the military for 25 years and now I am being punished by my credit union because of illegal hackers! I have no control over hackers the system for navy federal credit union notices this and punishes the consumer fraudulent activity is not the consumers fault!

The reason I give them a low rating is because.;Why does your office hours state until 6 pm but at 6:55 you doors are closed and locked. If your going to close your doors before 6 pm then your hours of operation is not til 6 pm.

This Navy Federal in Mira Mesa is very polite and professional. I have been to many Branches in San Diego and this is far most a 5 star Branch.

Never loved a bank like I love them. Always have HUGE conversations with the tellers when I come in. Always fun!
