Just had a bad experience with teller. Just rude.....after seeing me she puts on mask even though there was a plastic partion and hadnt worn one for previous customer. Made me feel rushed and i felt like i wasnt welcomed. I wont be going back to this branch

The people at this branch are usually kind and helpful, so I don’t want to rate them too low. However, the customer service and listening skills of some of the employees could definitely use some improvement. My advice for the employees: Don’t get so wrapped up in your agenda that you are not listening to the customer and are therefore having what feels like an argument with the customer. Stop talking and LISTEN to the customer to provide a better experience.

I was excited when they opened this location because I hate having to drive 20 to 30 minutes away just to go to my bank. Unfortunately this Navy Federal is failing in so many ways. Everytime I need to go inside it's a long wait. There is never more than two tellers at a time even when it's very busy.The ATM outside is basically always out of order. Every time that I go to deposit money it tells me that service is unavailable, I'm not exaggerating neither it is every time that I go. I do not understand why it is such a hassle for me to put cash into my own account. I've gotten to the point where I've just started driving 20 to 30 minutes away to the older Navy Federal in Altamonte Springs because I don't have long Waits and their ATM always works. The only thing this place really has going for it is that the staff is friendly and that they have tablets for your children to use.

I visited this make today as a member to get large bills and the teller who according to herself was a supervisor told me she could not change the bills for me due to income tax season SMH! She advised me that she could only give me 1000 in big bills bc the bank was low only for the women next to me to request 2500 in 100 bills and receive it! I really don’t use this account much but I’m pretty done with this bank bc she lied!!!!! I didn’t bother to argue just left

I went up there to get an ATM card. Now there's something wasn't coming back for the guy the first time I went up there so he couldn't do it he told me to just come in with my social security card and a photo ID. So the next day I show up he takes me right away takes my information goes to the computer terminal causes manager call somebody else does everything he has to do to get into the system and change it after confirming my identity and I walked out of there with an ATM card after about 15 minutes or so. Very friendly. But you're in and out each person it seems. Very nice place

Nothing but issues with Navy Fed as of late. I have been a member for over twenty years. As soon as my loans are paid off with them, I will leave. The call center people are rude and unhelpful. If you start asking them questions they immediately say this conversation is going no where, I am ending the call. And hang up on you. Some questions are answered well if you would have read your contract you'd know. This one bank that I wish would fold and go under.

I visited the branch on Garden Park Blvd to help me with enrolling in the SCRA program that is given to all military members on active duty orders. The MSR said that she does not know what that is and did not bother to look into it and told me to call the contact center. Their motto is “Our Members are our mission”; however, member service was not provided during this visit.

My family has been banking with Navy Federal for over 30 years. Started in Virginia Beach and have been at the Orlando locations after we moved. I always have a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and recognize my family anytime we stop in. I cannot say thank you enough for always providing the best level of customer service. Waterford lakes branch has been my go to stop for years. I am happy there is a Millenia branch closer to my house but I still stop in Waterford location anytime I'm around. And ignore that JOHN SMITH dude's review. He's probably a troll who is so disgruntled with his life that he takes pleasure in making everyone else miserable. He gives ones to everything so probably hasn't had a good experience ever. Dude buy some Glad wear, find some happy and stop polluting the world. Some people have nothing but darkness emit from them and they live to be unhappy each and every day. Navy Federal is the best and always will be.
