Navy Federal Credit Union Tiny Town Rd, Clarksville

Just got station near Fort Campbell, re-opened an old navy federal account I had 11 years ago. My representative (Brittney) Took great care of me, I could not have asked for any better customer service. I also got a loan while I was there, the process was super smooth and easy, and quick. Will definitely be using this bank a lot.

Amazing customer service. Dont know the ladies name but she wore glasses and had brown hair. She was the best person I have ever worked with. Even gave my son an airplane and he loves it. So impressed. Navy federal has always been my favorite bank but even more so now.

I've been a Navy Federal member for 20 years. Their customer service is Outstanding! I have always been satisfied with the care I've received. I know money is in Great hands.

When I first moved here from Texas in February they helped me out so much, and completely understood my financial situation, due to not finding a decent job for several months. I am so grateful to bank with them! My husband will be switching over from USAA, once his auto loan is paid off. I feel like Navy Federal is genuine and caring with their members. I’ve never had any issues and I am on my 4th year with them!

I always had good experiences w/Navy federal in Hawaii. This is my 1st time w/the branch here in C'ville and won't be the last. Good to see that staff members of Navy Federal treat customers the same professional manner as in Hawaii, perhaps everywhere.

Customer service is fantastic. Selena is wonderful. She was super friendly, helpful, and even stayed late to help my wife and I (sorry about that). Promote ahead of peers!

I want to say that I am sure that this bank has been fantastic for some but for my friend, who is an army soldier, it has not been. Not only did he get paid but he got paid just to not be able to use his debit card. Like most people- we called the customer service line and they were about as helpful as a piece of grass. They told him that there was nothing they could do about his card “not being activated” even though on his card it says to call that number specifically for that issue. With that being said, they proceeded to tell him he needs to go to the local branch tomorrow and deal with this matter. Then it gets to the point that I was taking it upon myself to call and figure out why an activating number isn’t able to activate a card- irony. Then we manage to get money to transfer online from his checking to savings and it works but his card is showing up on his account as non-existing; this is as he’s holding the card from the bank. I called the bank back and asked them why it is showing up as a non-existing card and they tell me, “It says here that you’ve already been directed to go to a local branch near you tomorrow. Therefore I cannot help you.” So to sum up my so far experience with this bank- I do not think customer service should even exist for them and I don’t appreciate their lack of persistence to fix an issue. Good luck to anyone who needs help with this place.

I absolutely love this credit union, I always receive great customer service and smiles every time I go. They are all about the service member and their families. I'm glad to be a member of the country's largest credit union and with their security I will always have a great peace of mind about my accounts.

Love navy Fed so much. I’ve been a member since 2004 and never went anywhere else. They just have better banking features and they always work with their customers.
