Navy Federal Credit Union N Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs

Navy federal is the biggest scam there is. they don’t go off the VA guidelines as far as getting service members approved for mortgage loan they are no military friendly, super rude, unprofessional, and takes forever to get back to you about your application biggest mistake I ever made was opening up account with them 0/10 do not recommend.

My wife recently received a Tax refund check and went into this Branch to cash hr check so she could have funds available in her NFCU that day. The teller refused and just told her "no" over and over again. Telling her she couldn't cash her check at her own bank. No information no assistance and he was very rude

Wasn't busy. In an out with a cashiers check in 2 minutes.

I have had the best experience banking here. The staff are always curtious and have a smile on their face, and do whatever they can to be helpful and efficient. I recently applied for a loan and they made the process easy, even though my cosigner lives in another state. The wait times can be long, but that is because they truly spend the time to deliver quality service. Im a lifelong member because of this branch. 😊

I have been banking with Navy Federal for about 10 years now and have always had positive experiences at their branches. When I moved to Colorado Springs, I have to admit I was a little disappointed in the customer service at the Space Center Dr. location. When I found this one (N Nevada) I was over the moon (seems silly to say about banking but it's true). Tony at the N Nevada branch seriously brightens my day any time I go in. Everyone in there is super bright and genuinely kind and friendly. If you don't bank with with NavyFed, you should! And when you do, visit this branch!

Switched all my banking needs to NavyFed from USAA (after being with them for 20 years they have gone completely downhill). We are very pleased with our decision to make the switch. It’s very helpful to have a military family friendly bank that cares for their customers and offers face-to-face service. This branch is closest to me and I am very pleased with their service and friendliness. Thanks NavyFed for serving me and my family in this way after my 21 years of service!

Terrific place to do my banking. Everyone here is friendly, courteous and helpful. Some of us older veterans aren't real familiar with the digital aspect of today's banking world. The folks here patiently help me do whatever it takes! Thanks to all who work here!

Rude terrible horrible customer service!! My husband gets off work at 3:30. When he got home we checked his account and had to deactivate his account because we found out someone was taking money out of our account. We rush over to Navy federal traffic at 5 held us up on Valentine’s Day. Hoping our Valentine’s Day plans won’t get ruined. Next year my Husband won’t be with me for Valentine’s Day we were hoping to make this day special. We show up at Navy Federal at exactly 5:30 on Valentine’s Day the lady just locked the door as we pulled up. My husband walks up and knocks on the door the lady who worked there looked like a manager shewed us away. She Told us they were closed. We could not have got there any sooner. That was extremely rude to shew us away and on Valentines Day. I will not recommend this place to anyone if they want to be treated like they matter.

The people were super friendly in helping get accounts fixed up the way I needed them to be. Usually no one is in here when I come in, so it makes for quick, efficient visits.
