This company is non flexible, and has no empathy for others! Do not waste your time! After my husband got hired, mind you he waited for 3 weeks to even start the job, he picked up his equipment today and returned home. Very excited to finally start this job after a very intense background screening and hiring process. A little back story first: (When he was interviewing for the job he told the hiring agent that he was a stay at home dad and would need to take his lunch break earlier to pick up our son who literally goes to school 5 mins down the steet. They said they could work with him.) Today after he picked up his equipment (half a day down the drain to pick it all up, not to mention the gas wasted) they said he could not take his lunch break earlier and he would need to find someone else to pick his son up. After several minutes of pleading to them that he was told he could be worked with in regards to picking up our son, they told him they were sorry they couldn’t accommodate him. What a freaking joke! People who work from home are mostly people who are stay home parents who need some flexibility, and who NEED a supplemental source of income to meet their financial needs. That’s why they work from home, because they have reasons that they NEED too. For a company who claims to be soooo busy, and in such need of great workers they just let an amazing worker go, over a 5 minute request to pick up his son. Moral of the story….. if you need flexibility, do not work here. One of the rudest, most inconsiderate business I have ever seen. Didn’t even get a chance to plug the computers in before we were forced to choose our son or a job. Ridiculous.

This service has been great! I have had it for 3 months now and the staff has been not only kind, but very knowledgeable when it comes to answering any of my questions. When I initially signed up, they went over everything with me about what their business does, and then they called a few weeks later just to check up and make sure I was able to get my reports they pulled down for me (they even sent me an email with the link for their iPhone app when I asked how to do it from my phone). Creditera customer service is a gem among declining customer service standards in the business world!

I'd heard about them but was slow to sign up. When I finally did, Nav showed me mistakes on both the biz and personal side and helped me get them corrected. Wishing I'd signed up earlier. Actually ticks me off thinking back over all the years I had no idea what business credit was or how it affected me. It's like the whole system is a secret and rigged against us. Consumers have protections that businesses don't -- but Nav seems like they are shining a light on all of it and giving us business owners power through transparency and their easy tools. What really blows me away is I can call up and talk to live people to get more help without paying extra. Wow!

Great place to get business credit score for free. They also have great non-predatory marketplace offers, which is really hard to find when you're a small business looking for financing. Give them a call! They're super friendly and helpful.

I love being able to track my business and personal scores in one place. It's also so valuable to be able to look at other businesses credit scores before you do business with them.

The food was good and the workers were farm fresh. Everyone had a positive mental attitude. Is got this joint up again in a heart beat.

I am not sure if they are legit due to the fact that their business number rings and hangs up. Shady or what? This company can not expect companies to sign up without proper communication.
