I really don't even know where to start. We started working with Jeff Hoffman over a year and a half ago. He listened to our complex situation and came up with an action plan to buy our home. Jeff was able to guide me through the process of buying a new build home which I found the process to be different then buying from a seller. He was there with me from beginning to end, provided support when I had doubts in the process, kept me informed, he created an email gram which kept me updated weekly as the documents were being process. That was huge I knew where the process was and what was pending! I was informed step by step from the appraiser to survey to banker's request to final closing. He is a good listener, kept the lines of communication open, is responsive and well informed in the business. Selecting Nationwide as my mortgage broker was the best choice I made, not regrets. We closed on time and closing cost was exactly as he estimated. I would recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking to buy and is not sure where to begin. Jeff and his team know what they’re doing. They have been doing this before I first met them in 2006. They got us a lower rate than any other lender and their online portal is the easiest way to manage your loan docs. We closed in 29 days with FHA and he made sure the paperwork was perfect and we didn’t have to go back and forth with the underwriters. Thanks ! I always told him “when we buy our first house - you’re my first stop” and between the middle man work he has to do with appraisers and inspections and the bank - it’s like comparing doing your own taxes versus an accountant doing them - with Jeff and Cindy it was a pain free process. I am so excited to write this review that i have no idea of where to start. Let me start by saying that I am very grateful and appreciative to Jeff and his team for making what a difficult task extremely seamless. I found out about Jeff through watching a realtor on YouTube who highly recommended him. Jeff and i started communicating in February of 2018 . Even though my husband and I were no where ready to purchase a home , he was very responsive, informative and reliable. Jeff is truly a man of his words and for that i will always do business with him. Fast forward to about 6 months later, we started the actual process in September and even with failing on the first house attempt, his positivity is what kept us a float . I cannot expressed how professional and family oriented this company is. Our second attempt was awesome, not only did we end up with a brand new house, we got a lower interest rate, comfortable monthly payments and too much money at closing. Through out it all, he always told me that things worked out for the best and it sure did, because we closed on our home December 21, 2018, the best Christmas gift one could ever receive.
