Nationwide Nevada Vegas

This has been such a horrible experience. I financed my first vehicle through nationwide. I've only been dealing with them for slightly over a year and it's been so unfair and terrible customer service. At one point over the phone I provided them my updated insurance information since I switched companies, 2 months later they added a $3,000+ force placed insurance to my loan and my car payment went up $100+ .When I called in to correct the issue I got multiple different answers from different people. Some one told me they see the date that I called in to provide my information and nobody took the information to the proper department. 2 months later after multiple calls they still said they could not verify the insurance and the claim would keep on going. In September (2 months after still dealing with the forced insurance) A dui driver hit me and my car was totaled. Obviously my insurance company payed off the vehicles market value, and it wasn't until then that they refunded the $3,000 they added on, since I obviously did have my own insurance. When I spoke to my insurance company about this they advised in their notes, about 1 week after I noticed the forced insurance and called in to nationwide, that one of their representatives named Kara? called in and CONFIRMED I HAD INSURANCE!! Went to show the whole time they were just being really dishonest and giving me a hard time. Now 2 months later and I am still waiting for the gap claim to be resolved meanwhile my account is already stating I am delinquent in payments. I'm not one to writ these kind of things, but this whole experience has been so terrible. Look somewhere else and save yourself the unnecessary troubles.

This Company is Awesome! They really work with you. Ms. Myra and Cathy are patient and very nice. They helped me get through a tough time. They deserve more than five stars....

Every time that I called I get a really bad experience I have Sloan with them and it seem it bothers them when I ask a question and they just hang up. I have to called like 3 times before they actually took my phone called.

Rude, untrustworthy and bully-like mentality. This company is by far the WORST finance company I have ever worked with. From harassment of clients to faulty/incorrect contract work, I wouldn’t work with this company or advise my clients ever again even if they paid me.

They are a great company !! Always answer the phone in a timely manner!! Always polite and professional!! Would definitely recommend them I've had my loan for almost 2 years.
