Quite a confusing situation with a gift of equity being added in, and appraisers going dark on us, but Jonathon kept us informed and kept the process moving forward. From the moment when began the process of refinancing with Marie at Nations lending, she was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient. We had tons of questions and kids running around in the background yelling and goofing off. My partner has been working with Andy R. to buy a house, and Andy was helpful in the beginning, but doesn’t seem to answer phone calls or reply to texts in a timely manner. When he does reply, our questions are not answered, and usually we just don’t hear back from him. We paid for an appraisal weeks ago, it was rescheduled, and we have tried contacting him regarding this, as it was due yesterday and still have heard nothing from him. This has been super stressful in the home buying process, and we would not have worked with Andy had we known he was too busy to work with us. The other agents here seem great according to the reviews though. -edit- after we had contacted Andy regarding the appraisal before it was due, he did not respond, the day after the appraisal was due he (finally) answered our calls and let us know that the appraisal wasn’t completed because they were looking at the wrong due date. Had he been on top of communication, this would not have happened.

Our customer service rep was Kyle Haydocy. We would highly recommend him and this lender. Kyle was very helpful and professional throughout the process of our loan. He navigated us through the online process, which was new to us.
