Lance Lagarce did a tremendous job helping us to refinance our home. He has quite a lot of experience in this field and could answer our questions in a way we could understand. If he did not know the immediate answer to a question he would find out and get back to us within a few minutes. Lance is friendly and polite and seems to enjoy his job, which is a big plus with customers. He came highly recommended to us by my son and daughter in law who used him to refinance their home and I can see why.

Maria Venegas did an excellent job. She did an excellent job on documentation and was always there when I had a question. Can't tell you how many times I had to call her but she was always there. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Puckett. Let me tell you that she was absolutely incredible! As first time home owners we had a lot of questions and Lisa took all the time in the world to answer each and every one of our concerns and make sure we felt comfortable moving forward with each step. Lisa was readily available whenever we needed her. She got us to close on our home in less than a month! It was such a smooth process working with her. Highly recommend!

You would think all mortgage brokers are the same and use the same information and knowledge, especially when you use Zillow to refer you. I know that is what I thought. Nope, not true. After feeling like the company I was dealing with was a little high on cost and interest rate for my VA mortgage quotes, a friend advised me to try his guy. I was hesitant, I figured he would just say the same thing the other company and their multiple contact said. Plus I figured it would just hurt my credit score to start the process all over which would hurt my interest rate. Did I mention I had a VA inspection scheduled already and was 2 weeks from closing? Lance proved he knows his craft and assured me he could do better than the other company. He was even angry at them for their predatory lending practices. When I told the other company I was dropping them, they tried to say they could beat any other offers, then they said not to trust other companies, and when I asked them to transfer the VA process information they said they would have to cancel everything. That was the last straw for Lance, he fired an email to them and copied regulatory entities letting them know that the VA would only allow one case per home and they need to transfer the case to him. They replied positively to that. He also knew about VA programs that save me a lot of money at closing that they had no clue about. I was nervous until the last signature on the purchase documents that somehow it was too good to be true. But everything went so smooth and perfectly. I only had one contact as well instead of many at the other company and he was quick to reply to any question by text or email. I highly recommend Lance Legarce for any mortgage loan or refinance and especially VA. He is awesome!

My husband and I were absolutely amazed by the service we received from Jon at Nations Lending. Working with him was a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience we enncountered with a previous lending company. With our previous "service" it took weeks to receive a written response, we never once received a returned call, and our credit was pulled at least 4 times!! About 4 MONTHS into this refi process, it was determined this previous lender was not capable of following through.
