Very disappointed in this company, explained in detail what I was looking for, home equity loan, not refinancing. Went through all the details with the pre-qualification questions with the gentleman on the phone, reviewed the company's history to insure they have a good rating. After I made the decision to move forward, supplied them with the necessary information to pull my credit, I received a call from a loan officer, only to find out after pulling my credit, they do not offer equity loans or lines of credit. I feel as though I was lied too and mislead by the company. I will be filing a complaint with NMLS, I am sure that nothing will change, but I feel if I was mislead others will be as well.

Wonderful team to work with! They made it easy to get through the mortgage process and were always in the spot to answer any questions I had.

I've done countless of transactions with Andrew Cady and he's always amazing and never shies away from a tough situation. He communicates very well with buyer and agent throughout the transaction. I always feel comfortable if he issues a pre-qualification letter that the family will actually get the closing. More than I can say for a lot of lenders around town.

A great experience, made home buying a breeze despite the fact we are currently living in Japan and buying a home in the states.
