Carrie Draper was our closing officer for the purchase of a Dollar General. We were to close July 2. Carrie had overnighted our closing package on the 1st. Unfortunately, FedEx lost the package. We were faced with the loss of over $1,000.00 in rents if we couldn't close until after the holidays, not to mention the Bank having to redo the loan documents. Carrie in a flurry of phone calls and emails managed to get permission from everyone concerned to close with emailed documents to be followed by hard copies. She stayed an hour past closing time with never a word. It was a real pleasure to work with Carrie Draper. She is a credit to National Title & Escrow.
