My wife and I are repeat customers of Dave at National Mortgage Group. Both times we've worked with him, he's provided excellent low rates, super easy process, and fast closing. No nonsense, but also very professional and personable. Will not hesitate to use Dave and National Mortgage Group for any future mortgage needs.

I worked with Dave from National Mortgage for over a year. I contacted months before I was ready to buy a house. He gave me lots of good advice for what I'd need for credit and cash to purchase in my price range. When I was ready for pre-approval, he took care of everything. And then when I finally signed a contract to purchase a house, he again took care of everything. Other than making sure I sent him the right things, I really had no worry about the mortgage process. And during closing, he walked me through everything I was signing with the closing agent to ensure I understood. I can't recommend Dave enough. It was such a smooth and worry free process (which as anybody who has been through it, isn't always true!). I know he'll take care of you as he did me.

Dave did a fantastic job providing great service and loan options for our forever home purchase. His response and action to last minute changes was fantastic as we had some hiccups at the end, great stuff Dave!!!!!!

Dave had been wonderful in dealing with our mortgage finance for our first home. He always gave right advices and had been very patient. When other lenders were telling rates are going up (just to scare us and get us to commit to them), he was the only one telling us to wait for locking the rates. Dave was always available for any queries.

We love Dave so much!!! We took his advice to urgue for the survey fee from the title company which saved us $1200 at closing! He is supet paiteint with us waiting for the perfect timing to lock the best rate for us. He pretty much updated us every day on it. He is also great problem solver for documentation. We really appreciate his transparency, objectiveness and honesty. And his fee is resaonable.
