Our church had a great experience. All the staff were professional and friendly and quick to respond. I give special kudos to our loan officer, Mike Gryczka, who above and beyond to secure the best options for our construction loan and answer all our many questions. Outstanding customer service. The online portal feels a little clunky but has lots of info and is not difficult to figure out.

Excellent customer service. The main bank in Fond du Lac is not open very late in the day or on weekends so I need to take a day off if I have business there. I have also transferred a large portion of my savings to another bank due to the very low interest rates.

Best Bank I have ever dealt with! Betty at the Randolph location is the BEST! My only question is: why can't Experian get connected to NEBAT, so customers can take advantage of "Experian Boost" in order to boost a person credit score?

My wife and I are in the process of building/purchasing our first home at the Fond du Lac location on Main Street. Kris Saiberlich and the team at National Exchange have been fantastic from the beginning. Going into this we had no knowledge, so he’s been sure to walk us through the process step by step. It has made what could be an extremely stressful time, very comfortable and easy. We started the build during peak construction time and Kris worked diligently to make sure things went through quickly and accurately. He recommended we take advantage of their construction loan which has given us more financial flexibility. It’s been such a great experience we’ll be moving all of our accounts to National Exchange!!!

I use their banking currently and it works quite well, but since I am on the step up program I am not charged to bank here. Once I turn 25 (in a year or so), I will need to change banks because their checking account has a fee associated with it. This is a great starter bank, but due to it having a fee I will not continue banking here.

We love the staff at the National Exchange Banks, especially the Glenbeulah branch. They are always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional!. Now if only the first Friday cookies returned!

I do my banking at the Campbellsport branch. I have gotten to know the names and faces of almost everyone that works there. They know me well, and when I go there, I'm greeted by my first name. Priceless!
