I was working with another Mortgage company and the gentleman I was working with he got fired I was in a nightmare. So Dave a co-worker gave me the name Nation One Mortgage company in Marlton NJ and the person he used. So I called the gentleman Dan there and he put me in contact with a gentleman Nick both were great. All of the people Renee Dan Nick Bethany that I was in contact with were great there are not enough words to tell you how great and knowledgeable they are. I would recommend this mortgage company to everyone I know. They were great from start to finish stress free even the title company. The whole team is great there are not enough stars in the world to give them because they are off the charts great awesome team to work with

I am a first time home buyer who entered this crazy market not even sure that I could buy a house. I “prequalified” with one of the online companies and quickly found the PERFECT house for my family. I had a GREAT real estate agent who managed to get my offer accepted and then I realized that the company I had qualified with might not be able to close on my loan! I was petrified I was about to loose this house but Nation One stepped in to help. Nick and Dan knew both the buyer and seller realtors and helped to restructure the offer to make the deal work. The held my hand through all of the hiccups and managed to get me into our first home. I cannot say enough good things about this company and truly believe the original online lender would never have been able to get this deal done. I’m glad Nation One lived up to theirs reputation as the company that can close on loans that others deny.

I think we just got a bad broker. Because of our inexperience, we were bullied, and harassed daily just so the worker could make a profit while we struggle to understand the entire home buying procedure. I am nearly 2 years into my first home with an upside down mortgage. (We owe more than the house is worth) The house although was supposed to be renovated when sold to us has been falling apart after only a few months of living in it.

I had a great experience working with the team at Nation One, Nick and Dan really went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our new property. They also teamed us up with Angie our realtor and that experience could have not went better.. Highly recommend Nation one.

Extremely happy with Nation One. We worked with Ed Schmidt, Regional Sales Manager, Tony Johnson, Loan Officer and Randi Wilno, Processors Asst. They were all extremely knowledgeable in their area and very helpful. I Was using the 2and rank mortgage company in the country, it was a headache, I miss 4 closing date, I got a dead line of 2 weeks or the seller was going to put the property back on the market, my realtor told me about nationone and we decide to switch lender , it’s the best decision I have ever made , they close on my loan in 12 days!!!!! My credit score is good but because I owed a business claim a loss in 2020 they didn’t even try to put numbers together or try to come up with a solution… they just said they can’t help me Here my realtor Connor Weiss introduced me to the MAN, The Angel Chris Cahill from National One Mortgage gave me call at 6:30pm explain everything to him Did you know what Chris said Moulaye calm down I have a solution for you And I will make this work for you and your family And he did what he said he would do I closed on February 4th 2022 , my first home And Annmarie Morgan she is best ! Absolutely horrible. Submitted all the requested documents, including name, phone number, and email address of my HR manager . I was shocked when I saw a email with all my personal information sent to my company email that all of my coworkers have access to. I emailed the woman handling my application and asked her to remove the wrong email address. The woman was clueless and continued to send emails to the wrong address. I immediately called her and explained again that they have the wrong email address and they were sharing all my confidential information to all my coworkers. The woman was blaming me saying it's not their fault, I must have gave her the wrong information. I had enough and told her I no longer want to continue my loan application with them and to remove me from their system. Unbelievably she emails me a apology message and says my application will be submitted to the underwriting department, but AGAIN to the incorrect email address that all of my coworkers have access to! Completely incompetent people working here, stay away from this company.

Ron was a pleasure to work with in this process my fiancé and I got into of purchasing our first home.
