Nate and his team were wonderful! They were able to sell our house in 1.5 days, during a pandemic, as well as get us top price for our house. It wasn't until it came time for closing that Nate showed us how dedicated he is to his clients, as we had huge issues with the buyers, a new roof, and then the horrible lender the buyer chose. It was a very stressful time, but Nate handled it all without us having to stress (too much!) and he took care of business. Nate went above and beyond for us as we bought our dream home and sold our home. We fell in love with a house, and he helped us put in the strongest offer on it. When they accepted our offer, he came to our home that night and took pictures, listed our home at 2am and by the next night we had 20 showings and sold it that night. He kept us in the loop the entire process and made everything smooth and effortless on our part. When we went in to close, there were no surprises and he took it upon himself to pay for an issue that arose during the inspection so we did not have to pay for it to be repaired. First off, Nate, Elizabeth and I could not have had a better individual selling and helping us buy a house in our dream location. Without you, truly none of this would have happened. For anyone that reads this, I wanted to share what Nate did for us (this is not because we knew each other prior), we had found a house we truly loved, txted Nate late one night and he had a scheduled walk through the next day. The offer Nate suggested was not offering more money than their asking price, it was a thinking outside the box offer that completely blew the sellers away. He did his homework prior to us submitting a bid and knew what they wanted. Most realtors are going to want you to submit at a higher price to make more money and/or not so their homework prior to knowing what type of bid you should be submitting. Nate is not like that, he invest into the journey and truly gets wrapped up into the process along with the Buyers/Sellers. Once we knew they were accepting that night, Nate was at our house getting pictures up to get it listed which happened to get post on the MLS at 2 am 😟, we had over 20 people the next day that walked through our house and had multiple offers and accepted one all within less than 24 hrs. What Nate did for us was truly amazing in a million different ways. I have had other realtors before and they do not even come close to Nate, Period. To have only submitted a bid on one house and be able to win that battle because of the offer Nate suggested is unheard of in this crazy market. Appreciate everything Nate!!!

After having a mediocre buying experience previously with another realtor, buying with the Poulsen Team was like a breath of fresh air! Nate and his team were incredibly responsive and people you knew you could trust after just a phone call. I never felt like I was confused or blindsided by anything. They answered every question we had quickly even if we'd asked it before. We purchased our home without seeing it (moving from out of state) until 2 days before closing! I don't think I would've been comfortable doing that with anyone else. While I'm hopeful this is our forever home I wouldn't be stressed buying again as long as I have the Poulsen Team to help me.
