After several failed attempts with other lenders, we decided to work with Nate at Lendsmart. Our problem with previous lenders was that they took too long, ran our credit too many times, and were not communicating effectively and were untimely. That was not the case with Nate. From the day we put in our application until we closed on our house, Nate was always available to answer questions and concerns, answered everything ASAP, and found us the best deal possible considering our circumstances. We were so grateful to have worked with Nate and we will recommend him to anyone in need of a stress-free home buying experience.
