Polaris is a great company to work with when financing a home. We have worked with them twice with a great experience both times. Our first experience was getting a new home financed, and just recently we refinanced through Polaris to take advantage of low rates. Both times Bob and Naomi provided great service and support. I highly recommend them for first time buyers as well as old pros. One thing to be aware of is that other companies are sending us finance offers pretending to be Polaris.
