We got a loan from the Trenton office and worked with a girl named Sara. She was horrible. She belched in front of us, stunk and was pure nasty. We needed more information, so I went home and scanned to her. I had to call HER as she didn't me, as promised. It was another 3-4 days and I had to call again. For being a loan officer, she is PITIFUL! Do not go there! Oh, lastly, I was told that our coupon book would be mailed. I called her and asked when my loan was due (after about 2 weeks) and she said the 10th and this was on the 8th! I honestly think she missed customer service training! Do NOT go here!!!

been with this bank since 2017ish. it was fine up until 2020ish and now it seems to have gone downhill. if you call or email about ANYTHING, good luck, you might as well just walk in and do what you need in person because they absolutely won’t help you virtually. god forbid you need to change any information or start something new. they act like they have no idea what a bank is…. dunno.

I have banked with MidUSA Credit Union, now known as MyUSA Credit Union for years. I have always been happy with my banking experience, until recently that is. In January of 2020 I had purchased a new vehicle for my daughter which we financed through this institution. We were offered GAP insurance for over 400 dollars, which we accepted. We paid the car off after one year, and I called about getting a pro-rated reimbursement on the GAP insurance. I am told that after 60 days , there is no reimbursement. I have an issue with this, as it is unlawful. In fact Wells Fargo had been successfully sued over this very matter. I called the credit union again about this very matter and it was suggested I call the GAP insurance company to ask about it. The problem is is that the GAP insurance documents they provided to me at the time of financing does not have a GAP insurance company or phone number to contact. I asked for the name and number from the credit union. The credit union reps do not know the name of the company but provided me with a number. I call the number, and it is incorrect. I call the credit union back, and am provided with a different number. That number is also incorrect. I call the credit union and explain that that number is also a bad number. I am informed that they will find the needed information and call me back. Word of advice, DO NOT purchase GAP insurance from the bank when financing a vehicle. Get it through your car insurance. It is soooo much cheaper. I learned this lesson the hard way. I guess a class action lawsuit against the credit union may be needed to straighten this issue out.

This bank will not return phone calls. My wife has called them four times (starting at the end of December and into January; it's now the end of January) and left messages with Emily R. as well as Wendy one of the main receptionists to have someone call us back about setting up checking and savings accounts. Nothing! No calls, no answers other than the main receptionist who recommended Emily by name and said she would personally tell Emily to call us back since "she does get pretty busy". Then she went on to say we should just walk in and Emily could set the accounts up for us impromptu. That doesn't make sense. If she is super busy, so much so that she can't call us back in over a month's time, how can she take the time for an unscheduled account setup? My wife even left a message with Emily saying she didn't want to inconvenience her, "so please call us back so we can set an appointment." Nothing. Wow. Not impressed.
