The best banking experience I have ever had. Every time I go in the employees are always helpful. Alissa and Stacy have been great. Sean has been great to work with. You will be hard pressed to find better service with a small town feel than here.

We've had good service from them for years. However last month our cards expired, and now ten days in to the next month we still don't have new ones. All of my auto draft payments had to be redone.I'm closing my accounts today. Very unprofessional. How does a financial institution miss something like customer access to their accounts?

Fantastic experience! Always a pleasure to go into this location, but when I was out of town and needed help, they immediately sprang into action. I was able to speak to a real person from the moment I called and didn't have to be transferred a bunch of times. A special thank you to Sean who went over and above the call of duty for me.

I have been a member of hallco for some time and went in for a loan today I worked with Sean In the Cleveland location and he was very uninterested in giving me a loan and was making it very hard on me trying to get it. When he works for us the public. All he would had to do is contacted the loan Company the man had the truck finance by that I was buying, but no we didn't do that and I went to United Community Bank and was in and out in 30 mins and just have to wait on loan papers later today to be signed and trucks mine. I have business here in white county and my Community and the public is what Pay my bills and there is nothing I will not do for my customers .

I love the Cleveland branch. When my aged parents moved here from out of state this is where we decided to open them a account. The staff is so personable and friendly. Sadly my mom has passed away and my dad is now living with my husband and I due to the great suggestion of one of the staff Arlyss. I just love her! I love all of them because they are so patient with my dad. I too have even opened a account with them. They really do look out for your best interest, and that I consider a very good credit union.

By far, the rudest, least professional banking individuals I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Not once, but both times I have entered the establishment in Cleveland. The first time was to try and open an account for my wife and myself when we had just purchased our home in White county - we took our money to Regions bank instead. The second time only because my father-in-law insisted on a credit union. The experience has not improved with time.

They are rude. The worst bank ever. I have came to this bank 3 times to start an bank account but none of them would do it bc of stupid reasons.

Love the staff amazing people that work WITH you. Would recommend to any responsible person to do business. Would also like to add that Mr. Shaun Beasley is an outstanding person with incredible knowledge and is dedicated to helping everyone.

Always helpful and friendly. Best banking experience ever for many years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
