My Credit Union N Industrial Blvd, Euless

I have been with Bank Of America for 30 years and tried these guys . They are small but who cares they are so nice . They are helpful and very Professional and appreciative of your business . They know you by name and are so polite . I have done 3 car loans with them and they beat all 3 of my other banks . See Jerry the Branch Manager he is Awesome . I highly recommend this Credit Union .

This "credit union" appears to have been a gas station at some point in time. My experience here was bad. Once they received all my information and determined that I did not qualify for a loan they never even called me back to let me know. I called 3 times and left messages each time but did not hear back from anyone. I called one last time and finally got a hold of the "rep" or gas station attendant and is when she gave me the information. Some how Chrysler Capital deemed me worthy of a loan but a gas station bank has higher standards. If your trying to raise standards then maybe dont open a credit union in a building that used to be a gas station.

Love the Credit Union Service Center network. The staff always accommodating and kind. Very fast service, typically in and out.

There where no customers in the lobby when I cam in to apply for assistance due to the government shutdown, and they had me waiting for 30 minutes. I went ahead and left. They didn't want to assist me.

THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE VERY RUDE. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TO THE REP (ABBY). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE THEY UNDERSTAND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been using this credit union sine 1992, and they have always treated me like family. Occasionally, you will run into issues that happen at almost all credit unions (like board members who think they are running a billion dollar bank and not a customer oriented credit union), but the staff at this particular branch is as good as it gets. We love that they recognize us and know our history. It always makes you feel welcome.

I love the fact that they are a smaller credit union. Personal service and a smile every time I walk in, always makes my day better. Thanks for all y'all's hard work!

Horrible service, call them and they never answer the phone. Always let it ring and they take money out that they have no permission doing. So they love to steal Watch your money

Have use this bank for almost 2 years and went threw hard times and went negative for little bit and went and paid my debt and got my part back right and now they won't issues me a new card for 90 days I'm done with them and would not recommend to anyone

I got a great deal on my interest rate! Definitely suggest going here to refinance or get a loan for a car!
