    I have had many different banks over the past 15 years, and I have to say this is the absolute worst! Set up auto draft with several of my accounts they can’t seem to get the system to work right! forcing me to physically go make a payment, which somehow they still find a way to mess that up on multiple occasions! Online banking through the app is a joke! Customer service is terrible. Depending on who you speak to in members services will depict if you leave satisfied or P.O., Paid off a vehicle and they took 5 months to get me my title only after I had to physically go in and request it for the third time.I’m switching all my accounts as soon as I possibly can! This bank adds unnecessary stress to my life.

    Paula is the best!!! I will give it 5 stars ONLY because of her. The credit union as a whole needs so much more better finance reps that know how to do loans

    I have had multiple issues with this bank. However, Rebeca Bejarano has definitely resolved most all of them for us. Still do not like the new software for accessing statements and such but she makes the best of it and provides us with any needed assistance. Thank you.

    This bank doesn't know how to fix it's own problems they hold your money and say we'll look into it once it's released in 3 business days?!?! I've had this same issue yrs back and the one I spoke to took care if it while I was on the phone with them but she chose not to help that's what's got me after I tried explaining it to her that it's not that difficult.. What kind of a bank is this?! And to top it off Jasmin the lady I talked to doesn't know how to do her job(obviously)and is rude... If she can't respect clients she shouldn't be working there smh

    If I could leave less stars I would. I have been with this bank for awhile. To give you an idea my account number is still in the 5 digits. This bank has no help for when you are struggling. The service is horrible. I’m sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes to receive a new bank card, and they bring out the wrong one. My wife was on the phone for 15 minutes giving them the name SS and card # and they still got it wrong. If you are looking to build a long lasting relationship with a bank don’t use this one.

    I have been with this credit union for many years. I have had good experiences and bad experiences. But never have I thought I would see the day where I pay off my rv loan and they are refusing to give me my title to the rv because I have an outstanding balance on another loan that isn't even related to the rv loan that I paid off. I have made numerous calls to tell them they have no right to hold my title since I paid my rv loan in full and yet all I am hearing is lame excuses and no call backs. Maybe I just need to get an attorney involved. This credit union is acting like some mobsters.

    Customer service has not been an issue for me here. However, 3 items bug me about my auto account with this credit union. 1 - They make it very difficult to apply "principal-only" payments in a simple manner. 2 - Maybe about a year ago they partnered with an agency that will HOUND you with so much post mail if you do not submit your auto insurance policy to them monthly. You're my lienholder! It's your job to call and check on that. Outsourcing this really perturbs your customers. 3 - Sometime this year they made this change: If you do not set up autopay, they force you to use third-party "Fincity" to make your payment. This means that, if you use another banking institution to pay, they force you to share ALL of your banking details (statements, activity, etc) and it only lets you pay from a savings account. What is up with this place? Easy solution is to autopay but this bugs me to no end. I'm about to payoff my account soon but would've refinanced elsewhere otherwise.

    I have been with them for over 32 years. Have had Home loan & Truck loan Everything had been good until last year & this year. Both years our Account & Personal Information was possibly released to someone else. It only effected a few accounts. But for now I will STILL STAND BESIDE THEM.

    I will be switching my auto finance to a different bank for 2 simple reasons, I cannot make a payment with a member number which I have never been given, you call for help and stay waiting for 30 mins and it's always busy, you try a different extension and it's busy. My first payment and I'm switching. If your ok with not getting customer service or receiving your proper information to make a payment this is the bank for you!!
