Opened an account after Region's Bank decided that the Brookwood customers were not important. I have been extremely pleased with Mutual Savings Credit Union, the have a wonderful staff, great services and products.

I know someone who paid off their auto loan IN FULL 3 days prior to the payment due date. The account was closed. The bank did the auto draft payment on the due date and took their money for a loan with a ZERO balance. The ACH caused an over draft in their checking account. They would not reverse the ACH.

The Brookwood branch used to care about their member holders when Russell was in charge. Lately, they have lost a lot of their family values. It all seems to be about money now and not helping it’s members.
