Beware of your auto loans! I had an insurance charge of $4,100 added to my auto loan without my knowledge and my credit score was decreased because they ran it as a separate auto loan again without my knowledge. This happened in September and I am still dealing with this issue. i have sent my insurance information multiple times in an email and each time they respond “received.” I was told “the third party company hasn’t received a check back for the amount. It’ll be 7-10 business days.” The auto interest rates are GREAT and I love banking with them but the auto department is horrible. Each time I call I talk to Rebecca who is no help at all.

This establishment thinks it is OK to cheat am elder veteran's widow out of her deceased husband's final SOCIAL SECURITY check after SOCIAL SECURITY said she was entitled to keep it by taking his entire SOCIAL SECURITY check for themselves to pay for a personal loan he had with them. SOCIAL SECURITY funds are protected from such actions. This company was informed they were violating federal law (42 U.S.C 407) and took this action anyway, effectively stealing SOCIAL SECURITY benefits from an elderly widow leaving her with no way to pay her bills at a time she is already dealing with the death of her husband. I am in the process of discussing this disgraceful and illegal act with numerous federal agencies as well as attorneys and we will have resolution regardless. I just want other people to know how this place operates so they don't wrongfully suffer at their hands too.

Rude rude rude . If after 1 clock you can’t even step into the bank y’all should let people know that on google . Closing down bank everywhere. No notice or anything.

Nobody at there reception desk when I walked in. Nothing to get their attention.

This place is a 10 star but only goes up to 5 stars . Started with a 500 credit score but with their help I now have a 750 credit score. Great Customer Service and yes they close for a couple of hours but showed up as they were closing but stayed open to handle my transaction. Like I said Great People and Great Customer service.

Terrible locations, no Saturday hours, this location closes for lunch from 1-2 (info that isn't available on any website), no electronic check deposit. My mom signed me up for this account when I was a teenager and it's taught me to be much more selective about where I bank in the future.

Worst customer service ever , it's sad that the leaders of this branch are unprofessional and rude, please get someone else to run this place!!!!, I can't wait til this place closes down for good, you won't be able to be rude to elderly people soon!!!!

DISHONEST. They WITHDRAW MONEY from your account WITHOUT TELLING YOU whenever you call to ask questions about YOUR MONEY. High rates. High fees. Go to a different credit union.
