Dan made it so easy to get my teen set up with a bank account. We talked with another bank that was no help at all and Mutual made it happen right away. Also, Cheryl helped me figure out some checks that I'd lost track of , Heather and the other staff I've dealt with in the drive through are super nice, I just really appreciate the staff at this bank A TON!

I have used Mutual Savings Association for many years now. Their staff are friendly and helpful. They give great advice. They contact me if they observe some unusual activity on my accounts, which I really appreciate, especially in this day/age. I have enjoyed that they continue to service my loan - I've had other banks that quickly sold off the loan, which is a pain. They are my full service bank - for life!

I just wanted to take a few moments to share my thoughts on this bank, Dan Winton is nothing short of awesome, I’ve had a few issues come up and he resolved said issues in a short period of time, he is efficient and very knowledgeable. To say he is a major asset to your company is an understatement, also I called this morning needing to close my account and reopen, he had the paperwork done by the time I got there just 10 minutes later and he made the process so quick and simple. I will be happily banking with mutual for many years to come. I also wanted to take a moment to thank Cheryl for being so quick about resolving an issue with my direct deposit a few weeks back, she corrected the problem and got my money in my account within 30 minutes. The whole bank is amazing, the staff is awesome and I would recommend them to everyone!

Banking at Mutual Savings is a family legacy (65 years through 2 generations). My parents financed their house through Mutual as I have. What a fantastic place to bank! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. If it wasn't for my business partner I may have overlooked this bank... and I'm glad I didn't. If you decide to open an account, which you should, I suggest you talk with Dan Winton. He made the transition from my old bank 100% stress free. This is small town banking at it's best!! 10/10 A+

Bank incorrectly reports that I had late payment, refuses to correct this error, damaged my credit report severely. They are refusing to correct the incorrect reporting. They have abrogated their responsibility to accurately report information to the bureaus. I am a business owner, and I go out of my way to help my customers. I do not understand their motivation in going out of their way to harm their customers. I did not expect this from a local small-town bank. Very very disappointed, deeply regret that I ever did business with them.
Mutual Savings takes its responsibility for properly reporting client information to credit bureaus seriously. Anytime a client has a question about the information we have reported or brings to our attention a potential error, we thoroughly investigate the issue. If an error was made, we quickly correct the information reported. That is exactly what we did in this case. We thoroughly investigated the situation and determined the information reported is accurate. In these situations, we do everything we can to help our clients. However, we will not abrogate our responsibility to accurately report information to the bureaus.

From the first time in the lobby to opening our accounts, Dan answered all of our questions and concerns. Switching banks is no small task and Dan made it so easy. We did not feel rushed in making any decisions. Dan asked intuitive questions about our businesses and personal needs and provided us with options for future needs. Mutual Savings Association after 26 years of me being a customer. Is being very disrespectful to the fact that I no longer need their services. That of which was nothing more than holding my income no matter how much money I had in my account. They never worked for me. Never offered any help or ways to invest my money. I have a NEW BETTER CREDIT UNION that takes care of me after 1 year. I do not recommend Mutual Savings Association to anyone. 26 years of .e being a GOOD CUSTOMER. One of the things I love most about Mutual Savings is that when you call, you actually get a person to talk to. No recordings giving you several prompts to get actual help. The reception at the front door is always warm and welcoming, greeting each and every person that walks in. Mutual Savings Association is a FULL service bank instead of self service. No self check outs here! :)

I love this bank because of the personable service I receive each and every time I am there. In this day and age most businesses make you feel like a number, but not here!
