Justin and his team were wonderful to work with. We were working on a tight time line, but they made it happen! They also answered all of out questions in ways that were easy to understand and were quick to respond to texts and emails. They made a stressful experience much easier.

Justin Pohn, Branch Manager, was incredibly responsive! He answered all of my questions, gave great advice, and quickly cleared up the little issues that arise during the process from different offices and team members. I was in touch with Justin and Yvonne primarily, on many late evenings and weekends when I was so surprised to receive email replies or call backs. Using the Mutual of Omaha app made signing paperwork so easy, and I loved that I was able to access the previous versions of documents, current documents, etc. all there in one place. Clay took his personal time, outside of the traditional workday, to answer my questions and communicate each step of the way. If I sent him an email with a question, he responded immediately. If I called him with a concern, I was never kicked to voicemail; he took my call and problem-solved with me. This is the fourth home I have purchased, and it was, by far, the easiest the process has ever been. Clay and his team are professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Justin and Yvonne were very helpful answering all the questions. When they are transparent it takes the guess work and worry out of the deal. I called Justin on a Saturday morning and he actually returned my call from the ski slopes while on vacation just to answer a question. Yvonne was very efficient and a pleasure to work with.
