I highly recommend Jim Wilson at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. As a first time home buyer, Jim had my back every step of the way. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. Jim made sure I understood what I was getting into and educated me on things and didn’t know about. He found me a great rate and laid out multiple options to let me pick what I preferred. During the entire process he was professional and quick to respond. If you need to get a mortgage, and you’re not working with Jim Wilson, you’re missing out.

I am self-employed and needed to refi. Self-employed is usually hard. These guys made it easy! They were professional, told me what to expect, locked the rate, did what they promised, asked only what they needed and they closed on time. Awesome service.

I would highly recommend using Mutual of Omaha for your refinancing needs. I am a lifelong credit union member, and will continue to be one. However, Mutual of Omaha offered a far better refinancing rate; namely I did not have to pay points, which my credit union was charging. The closing costs were lower, all around. Additionally, their app is an excellent, user-friendly interface, where I was able to do everything needed to process the refinancing application, with ease and simplicity. And they also offered a hybrid closing where a notary came to my house, carefully reviewed all the documents before having me sign them. Super easy. I worked with Aaron Longley, as he was referred to me by my best friend of 35 years, who is also a real estate agent and understands the refinancing process (closing costs, “points” origination fees, etc.) much better than me. Aaron is highly responsive, efficient, and follows up when needed. He is clearly very knowledgeable and doesn’t mince words or make you feel like he’s trying to sell you something you don’t need. Jim Wilson is great!! We’ve used Mutual of Omaha twice. Our loan was previously with Chase but Mutual of Omaha offered a better interest rate and refinance cost was much lower. Jim was always available when needed and service was excellent!!!!
