    Bought a vehicle from an individual that's uses this branch. After reviewing the payoff, their policy is for the buyer to wait 10 business days (2 weeks) before they will mail it out. So after 3 weeks I should get it and have a few days before penalties from the state. HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF FUTURE CLIENTS!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS OR BUY ANYTHING FROM SOMEONE THAT USES THIS ESTABLISHMENT

    I wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible experience with the loan department. Very rude "Loan Interviewer" and "Supervisor". I am guessing they have never worked in customer service until someone hired them for their jobs at MFCU because they do not know how to talk to people. 0/10 would not recommend.
