Municipal Credit Union Forest Ave, Staten Island

This has to be the worst branch I have ever visited. The tellers are very rude and will give you a attitude for no reason. I truly thought this branch would have been great but greatly disappointed

This is probably the most inefficiently managed offices I’ve ever visited! I was asked 5 different times by 5 different people. Manager is just sitting in her office while I’ve been waiting for over an hour to talk to someone about my account.

MCU hours need to be updated, the bank is only open from Monday to Friday and the ATM are always down.

One ATM Doesn't work at all, one wouldn't accept/read card & the other machine that accepts card does NOT accept cash deposits Very inconvenient especially when there's no way to deal with an actual person at this branch. The only other location is extremely far.

When you walk in there is always the same guy standing in front he never greets no one he is so out of touch with people n I believe he may be like a assistant manager also when I was on line I watch this female there didn’t see her name she short lite skin I believe Hispanic get annoyed with another customer because he didn’t understand something just a little wake up call we the customers. Is the reason u have a job so wake up n smell the coffee. The lady behind the window n the guy there behind the window the tellers has nothing to do with the one star they get 5 stars it was just the two people I observed that work outside on the floor.

Terrible customer service! There always always only 2-3 tellers & 1-2 customer service reps ! It’s disgusting even on a holiday weekend you think they would staff more but no ! Wait till in person is just as long over the phone ! Lines from the entrance to the teller

After searching online what time mcu closes it said 1 pm on Saturday i arrived at 1253 and mcu was already closed if its said to close at 1 close at 1 if not just put that you close at 1250.I got out of work rushed straight there for it to be closed before it was supposed to be

Customers service here is great and they helped me with no problem

I am not one to post reviews but this Branch gets a negative star if possible. First of all, T\the only person who greeted me was the guard/receptionist. Someone walked right past me as she was more concerned getting outside to her cigarette break. Anyway I had an account issue and sat with one of the reps. During the process, I can tell she was getting very easily annoyed. Finally it escalated to the point I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Not to my surprise it was the same girl who ignored me on the way in. I believe her name was Sue or Cyndi or something like that. She was very unprofessional and VERY condescending. I left and called the call center to make a complaint After 25 MINUTES on hold, I just gave up and posted here.

Just all around good service and good personnel to help with your accounts from seeing a rep to the teller windows. A little busy on Saturday’s but still all around good place. Usually not there mor than 15 minutes. That’s from start to end.
