    What a great experience we had buying our new car with Jim! He was great start to finish. We had both of our young kids with us so keeping them occupied was going to be a challenge while we worked out the details. The whole team was great and they even busted out a remote control car for the kids (and myself) to play with! All around great and honest people.     I purchased my new CR-V EX-L from Muller Honda and it was a great experience:) Due to COVID I ordered it in September and received it February 19th. My salesman Lance was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always answered my emails promptly. He took his time to thoroughly go over everything on the car with me, and never seemed rushed. He had all the paperwork exactly correct, so there were no issues there. I followed up with Victor for the extended warranty & he was just as professional & courteous. I’m a single woman and buying cars is certainly not my thing, but their professionalism & friendliness put me at ease. Buy your next car from Muller Honda!!!

    Muller Honda was tremendous throughout the entire car buying process. They were extremely transparent, responded to questions quickly and were never pushy.     Very good experience. The manager Matt and our salesman Lance made the process very easy. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The Muller auto group is the best place to buy a car. My wife and I have bought 5 cars through them (3 Subaru’s and 2 Honda’s) and every time they were wonderful. They really understand the right way to treat their customers and that’s why I’m always happy to give them my business!

    Muller Honda was able to accommodate a same day appointment for an oil change through their easy to use online portal. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and my Pilot was taken to the service bay. I waited in their lounge area and around 40 minutes later I was out the door with fresh oil and a car wash. Great Service.

    I’m new to the Chicago area and I would often see this dealership on the drive home from work. My current lease was up so I went in to trade in my old lease for a new 2022 CRV. The whole experience was quick, easy. Kurt was assisted me with the whole process and made it quite painless! I’m happy with my purchase, I didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle. I would recommend this location and will return for future purchases.

    We just purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot from Muller Honda, and we could not have had a better experience. The salesperson we dealt with, Larry Pinkus, was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We had contacted many Honda dealerships before deciding to purchase from Muller. Muller was the only dealership that made us feel like we were being treated respectfully. We would highly recommend purchasing from Muller Honda.

    Lance Cohen was constantly updating me during my search for my Honda Sport and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was not annoying but very professional and fully versed in the specs on the car. Would recommend him.     Usually going to a car dealership is as fun as going to a dentist appointment! But I have to say Muller Honda was nothing but smooth and pleasant.     I put a deposit down on a new car in November. The car was delayed and as a result the price was increased without anyone telling me. When I went to get the car, I found out that I had to pay more for my new car. I find it very unprofessional that even though I was in contact with the dealership, no one notified me that I needed to bring extra money to pay for my car. Price increases happen, please provide your customers sufficient notice so they show up with the correct amount of money.

    I just bought a certified pre-owned car here yesterday. Howard was my agent, he was really great, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I test drove two vehicles and purchased one of them, the process was pretty painless and everyone was very friendly! Fair price as well. The market in general is tough on buyers right now but I didn't feel like I was being ripped off, in fact a comparable car at Carvana was ~$2,000 more than the one I purchased. I would 100% recommend buying a pre-owned car here, amazing experience from start to finish.

    Purchased the 2023 Honda HRV . Nice car and pretty quick service when it comes to filling the paperwork. I dealt with pawel twice. First time with Pawel for my civic and second time with Pawel is for the HRV. I rather stick with the same salesperson when it comes to buying cars.

    I have taken my car to Muller Honda every three months since I purchased it 5 years ago. My wife also purchased her car there 6 years ago. We are loyal customers and have always recommended this dealership highly. I went in for an oil change and I was told that I needed $3600 worth of service work. I asked the service advisor If that was correct since I had been there every three months and no one had ever notified me that I needed so much work. He assured me that everything was correct. I went home and pulled up all my old records and found out that just last year I had almost every service that they told me I needed this time. I called the service advisor back and told him that all of those repairs had been done within the year. He was minimally apologetic and when I asked to talk to the manager the manager said they did nothing wrong. He just said it was a mistake. However, if the service advisor would have just scrolled back less than three service appointments previous on the computer he would have seen I had all of those services he said I needed! My wife and I are extremely disappointed by this experience and would not recommend muller Honda to anyone nor would we buy another car there. I am really hoping this review has some weight and in some way I will be compensated. I have been so upset by this experience and have told many others the story.

    Kassandra is very welcoming. This is the second time taking my vehicle to be serviced and they were quick in that I did not have a long wait time. Kassandra was able to view my car history for additional information to make recommendations of work to expect the next time I come in. The staff are professional and service area clean and relatively quiet. The lady who checked out my ticket is very kind and professional. I live in the city and will go out of my way to have my car serviced at Muller Honda.

    Unfortunately i didn’t buy the vehicle i wanted but it wasn’t because of the salesman. Actually that’s why i’m giving a 5 star review, Mike in the used car department is an excellent guy, no nonsense and very straightforward about the vehicle and sale. He was truthful with all the numbers and everything was up front. He doesn’t give off the slimeball i want to take you for everything you got feel that i have received from a lot of other dealerships in the Chicagoland area!!     I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used car at Muller Honda today. The salesman was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I took the car for a test drive, negotiated the final price, signed the paperwork and headed home in less than 2 hours from the time that I walked in the front door of the dealership! The business manager was very friendly and didn't push me to purchase additional warrantee coverage options beyond mentioning their availability. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and with my new vehicle.

    We just purchased a new car from Muller Honda and couldn't have been happier with the buying experience. When we met Kurt Kim a little over a month ago, we could tell right away that he was honest, direct, and wasn't trying to sell us. It was more about the customer, building a strong relationship, and it was clear how important earning our business was to him. Not just for now, but for the future too. The timing wasn't right to buy and we did shop around, but came back to Muller after finding other dealerships to be deceiving and not forthcoming in their negotiations and customer approach. There are many reasons why Muller has such positive feedback, but to us the two most prevalent were the great sales team (Kurt Kim stands out) and their commitment to building a long-term relationship. If you're in the market for a new or used Honda, I strongly recommend Muller Honda.

    Please understand the only reason there is 1 star is because I could not post without it. I had the worst experience ever at Muller Honda and am so glad I was sent a message asking me to leave a review because here it is. I went to Muller Honda because my car broke down and I needed help. I was instead taken advantage of. I signed a contract was told everything was taken care of and then was sent on my way. After 4 days I was told the car was still mine, if I paid $2000 more dollars and that this was standard practice. I didn't have that money and made clear how much money I did have when I bought the car. They did not offer to help me in any way, barely apologized to me and I no longer have a car from Muller Honda. These are terrible people who lied to me every step of the way.

    Well, that was easy. Made appointment to test drive car, negotiated via email and telephone, filled out 90% of "paperwork" remotely, signed our names in a few places at the dealership, and drove off with our new car. No gimmicks, no tricks, no last minute surprises. Working with Larry and Pawel was great. Never felt pressured to act quickly and the process was smooth and painless. Would certainly recommend!

    I had a less than ideal experience at another Honda Dealership when purchasing my Civic, so I chose Muller when it needed service. I had a few problems that needed attention. AC was not working, back brakes were scraping, and regular scheduled maintenance. Luke was my service agent and took a quick ride with me to diagnose the sounds coming from my wheels so he could give me an approximate idea of what was going on. Before I left they walked me through potential charges, depending on what was found during the diagnostic process. Luke sent me an invoice of suggested maintenance and the costs associated for my approval. He helped to answer my questions regarding each service and the costs. They serviced my car within the same day and it feels brand new. Not to mention they gave me a ride to and from work that day! Overall, I would highly recommend their service department.

    I just purchased a high mileage (132K) CR-V at Muller Honda in Highland Park. My daughter's car had damage beyond which it would make sense to repair and she needed a car to take to college and (hopefully) for a few after that. I walked in and talked to their used car guy Jim Coveliers. To be honest, I probably could have gotten a similarly situated vehicle for a little less somewhere else. Buying a high mileage vehicle always involves a bit of a leap of faith. That leap was made easier the other day. The simple fact is that I trust the Muller name. I don't think they would put a vehicle out there that didn't meet their high standards. I have bought several cars at their Highland Park location over the years. In my book, Mr. Muller has earned the right in our community to ask for a small premium for his cars. As always, his staff is very professional. Thanks Jim and Muller team!

    In general, I’ve had good interactions with Muller Honda service. They strike me as honest and have worked with me when a repair caused another repair, in terms of compensation. Some repairs have taken longer than expected, but they have provided a courtesy vehicle when that has happened. Good one to one communication when I’m present.

    Took our Accord in for air bag repair several weeks ago. When I picked it up, I was “greeted” by two of the most arrogant, unpleasant, lazy, clueless, disrespectful and uncommunicative individuals I have ever encountered in a commercial enterprise.     Original Review in 2019: I have been a customer of Muller Honda for 10 years. I had another very pleasant experience leasing a car there yesterday, with the wonderful help of Kurt. Kurt does not fool around, and gave me the best offer he was able to give. His service is efficient and he is very considerate of customer's needs. I guess his philosophy is that when he truly serves the customer well, they became loyal customers. Highly recommended! Update 11/28/21: Recently I serviced my Honda CRV at Muller Honda. Roberto was wonderful to work with. He only recommends services that are truly needed. I was given a loaner car because the service will take a day, which was a great help. Overall, the service quality is very good and the price is reasonable.

    We purchased a certified 2016 Civic in January 2020. In July of that year, the A/C went out, so they replaced the condenser free of charge since it was under warranty. Last week, the A/C went out again. My immediate thought was that they did not identify the issue correctly the first time, or that their initial work on the condenser was faulty (everybody has bad days). I called the service department hoping that they would at least offer to diagnose the issue free of charge since it seems out of the ordinary that a 2016 vehicle, and one purchased 15 months ago as certified, would encounter 2 issues with the A/C, especially in less than 9 months. . Instead, they offered to take a look at it for $235. I am disappointed that they are not standing by their product by at least making sure that they are the cause of the problem. As a result, I am taking the car to a reputable local mechanic who will charge $75 for the same diagnostics. I purchased this Honda with the notion that Muller was a reputable dealer. Sorry to say that I no longer think that way and will have to think long and hard about ever purchasing another car from them.

    My first experience at Muller Honda motivates me to return for maintenance and repairs. This is primarily due to Roberto, service advisor, who explained in detail all that pertained to my car's issue and offered options. His knowledge and experience came across as solid and comprehensive. Just as important was his friendly, kind and courteous manners, never pushy, never demeaning. Although I still intend to price compare, as I am new to the area, it's highly likely that with confidence I'd be better off at Muller.

    Went on line to make an appointment and it popped up for August 4 and I couldn’t choose another date (wanted it for the day July 14). Decided to just go in as a walk in - past experience as a walk in had me waiting for over an hour for oil change. Drove to the dealership (not close to where I live) the person checking me in informed me in a not so nice manner that they weren’t taking walk ins. I mentioned that it didn’t say that on their website and this individual stated that she had no control over what the website showed. Did I want an appointment? I said yes and she made an appointment for me to come back two hours later. Came back at designated time sat in the waiting room for a reasonable time period and my oil change was completed. When this was done the same service clerk came to tell me I needed over $1000 worth of work done to my car. Past experiences I witnessed when there was as issue with a car the service clerk would come to the customer and discuss what needed to be done and gave the customer the option to have the work done at that time. Now if I choose to have Muller Honda do my additional work- I have to take the time to go once again to a dealer that is not close to me - of course after I make an appointment. Still considering if I should use them or not😠

    Service department is amazing! Recently brought my new (used) car to them for a service issue, and Greg in service was super helpful. They kept my car for days until it replicated the alarm problem I was having. They figured out the issue quickly and got it repaired. Kept me informed the whole time as to the status, and were overall very friendly and got the job done! Bought my first Honda from them in 1996, and at the time, I always had a good experience with the service department. They continue to excel in service! I highly recommend them for a new car or car repairs.

    Very smooth and positive experience. I visited Muller Honda service to get a second opinion after being handed a huge list of urgent fixes for +$5000 by the Honda Downtown Chicago service center. The staff here were super helpful, and very honest - I found out that the car did not need any of the fixes. The service was quick, and its great to know that they are reliable and will not try to fleece you. Highly recommended!

    No high pressure sales here! Lance Cohen was great. Down to earth, straightforward and upfront on all costs.     One of the best Honda dealers I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a number of them in the Chicago area. If you want a straightforward service advisor who will tell you exactly what your car needs AND most importantly, doesn't need, there's really no better guy than Luke Wicha. If you've got a Honda, do yourself a favor and go to Muller and have Luke take care of you. I can't recommend Luke and the service I get from him and the Muller Honda team highly enough.     We had a very positive experience buying our brand new Honda CR-V Muller Honda! We were pretty set on the exact car we wanted to buy, but for months we hadn't been able to test drive one due to supply chain shortages and this particular car being in such high demand. Eventually we realized we just had to go for it. We were lucky that Muller Honda had a handful in transit and one in the exact specification we wanted, and we were even luckier that it arrived 1.5 weeks after we put the deposit on it. We worked with our salesman Lance who was fantastic and made the whole process so easy and seamless. He never pressured us into making any quick decisions. I bought my first car from Muller Honda 12 years ago, and even though I live in the city now, I still continue to take my car there for maintenance. I know I'll continue to do the same with our new CR-V, and I also know that if and when we buy a Honda again in the future, it will be from Muller Honda.

    I inquired about a vehicle through text. The salesman was quick in responding, polite and knowledgeable. Because we were an hour and a half away, I put the deposit on over text. We got all the paperwork and financing done prior to our visit over text. We were able to come in to test drive the car and all the paperwork. In and out in and out an hour.     If I could give this place negative star rating, I would. Roberto Soto, the service advisor here is a liar. Muller Honda service department destroyed my tire. I came in for a routine oil change, and was then told I needed one new tire. When the repair work was completed, My tires, I was told that my tires were all in good shape. When I get into my car, I notice that the check tire light is on and my car now makes a plopping sound while driving. This was while I was in Muller’s parking lot. I go back to the service counter and Roberto tells me that the check tire light was on because they just changed my tire. They didn’t even bother to rotate my tires initially either. I told Robert that this wasn’t possible because the car now had a plopping sound as I drove coming from the back of my car. I then see that my tire now has a flat and was then told that it would need to be replaced. Roberto tells me a nail was in my tire. Really, Roberto? Muller Honda is either dishonest, greedy, or hires incompetent service technicians who do shoddy work and price gouge. I do not trust them to service my vehicle and I no longer believe that this company operates with integrity or professionalism. Your technicians ruined my tires. This is the second time that Muller Honda almost destroyed my car due to their negligence and put me in dangerous situations. Beware of their service department. Take your business elsewhere.

    I am about to drive very far out of my way to avoid buying a new car from Mueller. We had a Honda door hinge part that was very clearly defective as it was completely rusted out in less than 10K miles. We asked about it several times at service appointments, and were mostly ignored. Once they sprayed yellow grease on it to cover it up. After several go arounds on this, I told them they needed to quit giving me the run around and replace the part. They said it was only surface rust, but they would replace it. I picked up the car, it looked ok. Well surprise surprise, several thousand miles later, the rust was back and The car was no longer in warranty. I’m guessing they took a buffing wheel to the part, got it nice and shiny, and then sprayed grease on it. Now I am stuck with a rusted out door part that will cost me $ to replace. For the most part, they have been a good dealership and done good repair work, but this left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I refuse to give them another nickel. Even if it means driving across Chicago to buy my next car (and probably 3-4 more cars in my lifetime).

    This is the best Honda service center in the Chicagoland area! Living in the city, I have had really bad experiences at Downtown Honda, and even worse experiences with McGrath Honda. If you don’t wanna get ripped off, talked down to, or wait 4 hours to get an oil change, then make an appointment here. Roberto was especially helpful and I recommend this shop to all. Quick, efficient, and friendly.

    I purchased a pre-owened vehicle from Muller on 3/12/22. After a couple of days, I wasn't happy with the purchase. Driving it for a couple days versus going around the block for a test drive, are two different things. Not to mention the air conditioning doesn't work even after I was told the car passed Carfax inspection. I reached out to Jim, dealer whom I purchased car from, but he never returned my call. I was connected to Alan, a manager. He told me he couldn't do anything about it since the registration was already in my name. Why should that make a difference? I'm unhappy with the purchase. I was willing to pay any additional fees for a return or exchange but the answer was still, no. They were not willing to work with me. It's poor customer service to have a customer walk away dissatisfied. Been living in Highland Park for 60 years. I regret walking in to this dealership!! And the purchase! Alan and Jim perpetuate the used car salesman stereotype. I would never, EVER recommend HP Muller Honda to anyone!! Word of mouth is everything in Highland Park.

    As Muller Honda's Service Dept. continues to take wonderful care of both me and my Odyssey, I keep wanting to leave NEW reviews -- but the system, knowing I've reviewed the dealership before, won't allow me to leave more reviews! So, my only option is to UPDATE my previous comments: I've now racked up 162,000 miles on the car, and it still runs like new, thanks to excellent technicians and dedicated Service Advisors. My latest visit required the Service Department to be especially creative: after 6-1/2 years of wear-&-tear, a portion of the wiring which leads to a headlight was worn away, causing the headlight to intermittently go out. While the "routine" solution would have been to replace the entire wiring harness under the hood -- a severely expensive job -- Service Advisor Luke Wicha and Senior Technician Jae figured out an ingenious remedy which saved me over a thousand dollars in repairs costs: They retrieved some wiring and a connector left over from another vehicle's prior repairs, and instead of replacing the entire harness, they merely replaced a few inches of wire, soldered the other car's connector into my headlight assembly, and voilà, my headlight works great again! Total repair cost: $130 instead of $1300. And Service Advisor Cassandra While continues to take excellent care of me. I'm very demanding, yet she graciously deals with all of my picky requests and sees that my car is always treated properly. This Service Department continues to be top-notch. Updated 3/12/2022 ----------------------------------- Previous review: Over the last 20 years, I've purchased three new cars from Muller Honda and have had all service work done there as well. The Service Dept. is excellent -- highly competent technicians and helpful Service Advisors. Master Mechanic Jeff Woodward has been especially diligent in keeping my 2016 Odyssey running like new. I drive a huge amount (have put 127,000 miles on the Odyssey in 5-1/2 years), yet the maintenance performed by this Service Dept. makes the car seem like it's hardly been driven at all. Service Advisors Luke Wicha and Cassandra While are wonderful -- knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

    I’m hoping to post a more positive update in the near future. This was a horrible experience!!! I arrived on 8/10 for my scheduled appointment to get my electrical harness replaced. I found out that they never ordered the part that they diagnosed - had to be replaced. I also found out today - it will take a whole day to install the part. They were told when setting up my 8/10 appointment that I need my car to go to work at night. So Muller Honda was expecting me to pick up my car at 5pm when I am at work? Again, FAIL by Muller Honda! So I have now rescheduled for another appointment next week. They said they would schedule a loaner for me. I lodged a complaint via email on Muller Honda’s website and got an automated response. I am angry!

    My time at Muller Honda was amazing straight up amazing! From someone who used to be in the business, trust me when I say your experience at Muller Honda will be vastly different than other dealerships! My salesman was Howard, who was very pleasant to deal with, fair and up front, never pushed me in any direction but help make my decision my own rather than the typical sales man manager tag team that usually happens 99.99% of the time. The sales manager Alan was very easy going and worked the deal to close leaving me happy with numbers. The finance manager Danny was amazing to deal once again straight up not pushy and hooked me up with some service discounts to sweeten the deal! Muller Honda has my recommendation and will be telling others about visiting them for their next vehicle!

    Had a terrible experience with Muller Honda's sales manager Matt. The day started off fine with Larry being helpful over the phone and Kurt helping me in store. Kurt showed me the trade in value for my car, and it was 4k lower than Kelley Blue Book so I countered. It went all downhill when Matt came over to discuss price. Before I even spoke he came in very combative, talking down to me, not explaining where his number came from, interrupting me, and not letting me speak. I explicitly asked multiple times for him to give us his next best offer and he refused. After taking a moment, we decided to walk, and I explained to Matt that if he had outlined why there was such a difference between our numbers and spoke to us with respect, we could have come to a deal. His response was that he deals with a lot of jerks. So he decided that we were jerks before even speaking to us, and treated us as such. We are a Honda family, looking to make a lifelong connection to a dealership, and now we do not want to come back to Muller because of Matt.

    My wife and I went to buy a car on 9/8/21 I was told by a guy named Larry that the car will be at their location on 9/14/21 and I should put a deposit on it. So I did and I never got a call back about that car since that day. Today I received a text message saying my car is ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and I was told the car was sold and they don’t have it. What kind of service is this? Their manger Jeff did not apologize and said you need to wait now, he also was mad and yelling at me for no reason. He told the guy who was by him to give me my deposit back and walked away. Wow, my dad and sister bought their cars from there that’s why I went back, but I swear never going back again and I will tell all my friends not too. I will share that location on my social media.

    I went to Muller Honda (pre-owned) a while back to look at some SUV’s. My family purchased a used Toyota Corolla from Luigi about 6-7 years ago and it is still a great car! So when I was looking at some of the SUV’s I decided to hold off for a while on purchasing one so I could come in with a good down payment. About a month or so later, I received a call from Jim C. that they had just got in an older RAV4 that was in great condition with low miles. I couldn’t believe that after I hadn’t been in for a while Jim and Luigi kept me in mind about what I was looking for and knew this would be a good fit. So I went in checked it out and decided to get it. There is no haggling, the prices are very fair, and they treat their customers so nicely. As Mr. Muller says, “You will NOT be disappointed”….this is the truth 😊

    I just purchased an Odyssey from Muller Honda and had a great experience. We have leased from them at least 4 times in the past, but this is my first purchase and my first experience working with Joel. I was used to our regular salesperson and was a little apprehensive about working with someone new. Also, I went in unsure of whether I was going to purchase or lease and Joel helped me by listening to my needs and priorities. I appreciated his direct and thorough explanations and suggestions. Also, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all with patience. After some time I felt confident that he was doing what he could to earn my business, including tracking down an Odyssey in the trim level and color I wanted, even before I showed strong interest that I was ready to visit the dealership. Finally, the paperwork was super efficient and working with Victor was great. Overall, my experience was consistent with the great leasing and service we have experienced in the past with Muller!

    I just saw on one of my friends social media that they had a terrible experience here with general manager Jeff being aggressive and using profanity while speaking to his customers who were in the process of purchasing a vehicle. A sales rep by the name of Larry indicated that they got treated this way because they were being “bitchy” when asking when they could pick up a car the put a down payment for over a month ago. Larry said that the general manager will refuse to respect them and now has to be a “dick” because they questioned the status of their car. Overall the GM needs to be put in his place he doesn’t need to disrespect people and not use profanity to his clients!! That’s ridiculously outrageous and he needs to be fired asap!! ZERO RESPECT ZERO FRIENDLINESS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!! FIRE JEFF NOW!

    I bought a used Honda CR-V. As luck would have it, the salesman, Mike Kolar, actually sold me my previous car, a new CR-V, in 2007! I just randomly ended up with him showing me cars. I am happy with the car, the salesman, and the service Muller provides with maintenance and repairs.

    Can't say enough good things about my experiences here. I've bought 3 Hondas here (over many years) . Last transaction was with Brian Reynolds, super professional and very fair deal. Service department really took care of me. Big shout out to Marc S. & Luke W. - they run an awesome shop and are just a tremendous asset to this company, and Mike C. is an amazing mechanic!     The service department at Muller Honda is fantastic. After repeated problems with the tire sensors in my CRV they were extremely patient and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. All of the service writers are personable and understanding. The cost of the repair was appropriate. All in all what could have been a big inconvenience was an easy and pleasant experience.

    Was upset that workers who moved items in my car put my jug of Prestone on my back seat. The cap was loose, due to the jug being tipped over. The seat was soaked with window-washing solution. This could have been avoided 2 ways: 1) I should have been asked to remove the items from the back of my car when I dropped the car off. I did not think to do so because the work being done was to a door, so I thought that the items behind the seat, on the floor, wouldn't interfer. I was wrong. I guess workers had to access that area to mount the door and to fully clean/disinfect interior when body work was completed. Wish Bob or someone would have told me to clear out the back floor. 2) Other items were moved to my trunk. The bottle of Prestone could have been placed in my trunk. Even if it leaked, at least it would have been into the trunk, and not on the back seat. I give Bob in the body shop credit for pulling the car back in to the shop and having the seat vacuumed, which left it only damp, not soaking wet. He also had a small area on the exterior touched-up on the spot. It had been forgotten amidst all the other repairs. I was not offered compensation for the wasted window-washing solution, which was likely half a jug or more. I was not offered compensation for the aggravation. I know I am only speaking of about $5.00 to replace the Prestone (it's a below 20° solution), but principal involved. In general, I am pleased with the body work, and I know Bob and Mike and the other workers have been stressed. But you asked for feedback, so I am honestly sharing. Ms. Beth Greenwald

    I have been a customer of Muller Honda in Highland Park for 13 years and came in last week to replace my 2008 Odyssey. Lance did a wonderful job of helping me select just the right vehicle and I went home with a 2021 Pilot! He took the time to show me all of the technology, to help me program the basic settings, and answered all of my questions. Lance is professional, personable, and not at all high pressure.
