The new lobby setup at the Mason location is very inconvenient for the customer who is looking to run in and out quickly. There is no reason why you can't have a teller window open for withdrawal or deposits only instead of making you use that cumbersome check in procedure on the tablets. I won't be back inside until that changes.

Very friendly people to work with they treat you with respect and they support you need a question answered. Very Awesome people.

sold me on Gap insurance. car was totaled put and they want me to pay an additional 700 and put it on my credit. horrible people.

Why would you bank anywhere else?

I opened a checking and savings account here for a specific legal related expense. Used the account for only that for about a year. started rebuilding credit and applied for a credit card. Spoke with a woman who made the decision on the phone, answered all her questions and she denied the credit card and gave me steps to take. make payment arrangements on outstanding debt, make sure to keep making on time payments on auto loan and other installment loan, give us a call in a couple months and see what we can do about another installment loan vs a credit card. Got off the phone with her, applied with navy federal, was approved for a cc. capital one gave me 2 cc's. fast forward to a month later. I made leaps and bounds with my credit. Payment arrangements all set up. 3 credit cards all paid on time with good utilization. no missed or late payments in the last 24 months! I applied for a 1000 dollar loan. Called the lady. Answered her questions and discussed the steps I took. She said it all looked really good compared to a month ago. Took the loan documents to a 'reviewer' who denied the loan. Her steps this time were to continue making on time payments, keep payment arrangements up to date and pay on time, but also 'USE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH US MORE OFTEN....MAYBE SET UP A DIRECT DEPOSIT' to possibly get approved next time. got off the phone with her. called NAVY Federal, and was approved on the loan in 5 minutes. I may give them one more chance after this most recent loan is paid off, but if they deny me again, it will be strike 3, and i'll be done with this credit union.

I always receive great service when I come here, and staff are readily willing to answer my questions and make difficult concepts easy to understand. Thanks MSUFCU!
