He was able to answer any and all questions, regardless of time or day. I cannot say enough about Matt's attentiveness. He genuinely made me feel that he cared about me getting the best mortgage possible and that I was comfortable every step of the way. Even during the midst of a global pandemic, Matt delivered some of the best customer services I've ever experienced. I started my first time home buying process and was introduced to Nichole, we didn’t realize she was going to be the most kind and patient person we have ever worked with! She made the lending process completely stress free and honestly quite comical. Everything from day one was completely explained and we are incredibly grateful for the time she spent helping us understand this process. Between Matt Bates and Michela Champagne, I was not only kept up to date on the status of my paperwork, but EVERYTHING was explained to me to the tiniest of details. I could not have had a better experience. In addition, once I closed on my house, Matt still offered to continue to help in any way that he could. Everyone who has ever purchased a home knows how daunting and stressful the mortgage process is.; full of endless document requests and constant communication with the loan officer / mortgage company. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have chosen to work with Movement Mortgage. While the document requests are standard regardless of which lender you chose, I can say for certainty that Movement Mortgage made the process 1,000 times more bearable than the lender on my previous home. They have a seamless, user-friendly online portal in which the lender is able to send you requests. They also have the ability to e-sign documents which is extremely easy and saved me tons of time. Aside from the ease of communication and providing documents / signatures, Movement Mortgage doesn’t just preapprove their buyers, they submit them through underwriting early in the process so that there are no surprises as the closing date approaches, which greatly reduces the stress of the entire homebuying process. While the company obviously has a fantastic model / way of operating, I need to point out that it was my loan officer that really impressed me. Matt Bates was wonderful. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, diligent and professional, he was always available to answer questions, hear concerns and offer advice. Throughout my homebuying process, there were multiple setbacks and changes (not at all related to the mortgage process or the lender), which were all handled in an extremely professional manner by Matt and the team. The professionalism and diligence continued on through the closing. Matt took the time to explain to me, in detail, the closing documents and figures well before I got to the attorney’s office. Not only did this alleviate questions and concerns that I had prior to closing, it allowed me to go into it as prepared as I could be. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this lender and the professionals that they have working for them!

Movement Mortgage and specifically Marc Almeida made the whole process very easy. Marc made himself available to answer my questions and took action on my behalf when needed. Even now, several months after my home purchase, Marc goes above and beyond with prompt replies and willingness to track down answers my questions. Trustworthy and attentive. I highly recommend.
